This worked for 2 months last year. Opened pool this year and isn’t making chlorine. I was contacted by the seller and they said they will resolve the situation. I will update when this is rectified. I realized the seller was trying to confirm my address. They had sent an email. I responded back with current address. I will update when issue resolved. It seems they do want to help me resolve this. Just checked account. I was given a 0.10 refund…..yes 10 cents😂😂😂. I paid 361.58 I just heard from the seller they they have sent me a replacement unit. Nice salt water chlorinator. Instructions are a little confusing because of translation but if you can make this work do it. It is converting my salt to chlorine! Some times it says that my salt is too high but it is not. Hold down the salt button for 3 seconds to bypass this. Buy a electronic salt water tester to verify the salt quantity is right. Best affordable thing out there.

The product never stops beeping salt to high salt to low water to fast water to slow water to cold water to warm. I swear this is the worst 450 dollars ive ever spent. What a nightmare device unbelievable how picky this thing is. Would never bought it if I knew befor hand

The largest adapter is glue in only to 1 1/2” solid schedule 40 pvc pipe. Do not expect to adapt this to a cheap flexible pool system as schedule 40 does not adapt to anything but schedule 40. The instructions are frustrating as they are originally written in Chinese and then interpreted into English by someone who was not proficient in the English language. The electronic top does screw off to set aside for cleaning the salt cell. Pics included of manual since this is a pretty new product and there isn’t any info out there. The app is worthless. It only shows temp and how long it is set for. You CANNOT use the app to turn on or off. You CANNOT use app to adjust percentage it is running at. It doesn’t tell you what the actual salinity level is. You CAN ONLY run it by physically using the touchscreen on the top of device which is not very responsive to touching it and takes several taps with mounting frustration until it decides to magically respond.

I bought this chlorine generator for my pool six months ago and it was working fine until it wasn’t and I opened the top and I finally the wire leads connecting the unit were burnt off so I replaced the connections on it and it’s still not working properly and to try to get a hold of the company to get specifications or details on how to eat how to repair it or return it for a defective piece of equipment within six months of a five year warranty and I can’t get a hold of anybody to discuss the issue. It keeps on sending me around in circles from Amazon to the manufacturer and I still can’t get any results. Can somebody please send me a note? Ask telling me how I can get in touch with these people or have Amazon get back to me. Thanks for getting back to me. The response that I got back from the Sheila and also the manufacturer of the product have been excellent. We talked about the product. We try to resolve any issues mechanically with the product, but in any event, the company and the service has been very well received and I appreciate them getting back to me and I would not hesitate from buying from this seller or manufacturer again thanks in advance for solving my problem Bob

Remember to clear out your pool filter. My pool filter was so dirty that it was consuming all the chlorine the generator created. I cleaned the filters and the levels came up perfectly. Highly recommend this salt water pool generator!
