After a year and half the hydraulic cylinder for the backrest malfunctioned even when it was barely used. The backrest will not lay completely flat because the hydraulic cylinder rod will not fully retract probably due to excess air in the cylinder. I've tried to contact the seller on how to resolve the issue but was not of much help. Actually they failed to offer help/solution for the problem. First customer service reply: "Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, there is no solution to the issue. I know how frustrating this can be, and I apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding." Second customer service reply: "We are sorry to hear that the unit stopped working. Unfortunately, the unit is outside of the 90-day manufacturer's guarantee period. If you purchased an extended guarantee through Amazon, you may contact them for assistance."

The half up function of table broke after a handful of times being used. Quality is horrible. Seller not willing to work with me to make this right. Don’t waste your time or money.
