I am a hefty senior who can no longer get up or down from the floor to exercise, or for any reason. This table is as wide as the tables at my physical therapy. I can now do my exercises easily. This table was easy for me to open, nothing to put together unless you want the attachments, or change the height, and I like the height. Table is super easy to set up. No need to assemble but push the middle of table to let the Legs extended to 90 degree. It’s stable and sturdy table. Happy about it.
