For those who complain about lack of cushioning, I completely disagree. It has exactly what is needed and is very similar to the firmness of the table that I use at physical therapy at the hospital. This bench is exactly what I needed. I can adjust the height for my exercises. It had one minor flaw where the padding was bunched up but it was acceptable to me to keep it. The bench is very large but folded like a card table. It has a beautiful cover for transport. Highly recommend. I piled all of my physical therapy equipment on top of the bench. Very sturdy.

Very sturdy, well made table. Wider than other massage tables I looked at, which makes it easier to turn over on. ... I would personally like a little more padding, but I know some massage therapists like their tables very firm. ... I am probably going to put a yoga mat on the top for myself.

I bought this table to help me do physical therapy after a knee replacement. I am short and needed to have something that was low enough for me to be able to get onto just by sitting and not pushing myself up with my legs. This table is wonderful. We could adjust the height low enough for me. It is wide enough that you don't feel like you are falling off if you need to roll over. It's very sturdy, I never feel like it will break. My only complaint is that it has very little padding on it. It's fine if you are just on your back but if you need to roll, it's too hard. I bought a foam mattress topper for it and put a twin sheet over the mattress and the table and now it's perfect. I could sleep on it now if I wanted. It is also great to be able to fold it up and get it out of the way when we have company over. I highly recommend this table but would also recommend you purchase a foam topper for it.

After injuring my lower back, I had to go to physical therapy for 3 months. They gave me exercises to do at home, most of which needed to be performed on a flat surface like they had in the rehabilitation facility. I had a yoga mat but it required me to get on the floor and with my back, it was nearly impossible. I ordered this table and it honestly saved me. I was able to put it at the perfect height so I could sit easily, it was comfortable enough to easily do all of the exercises I had on my list, and it fit easily into my living room. The only tiny issue was the rubber leg bottoms squeaked horribly on my wooden floor but I bought round felt pads, attached to the bottom and no more squeaking. It certainly doesn't look like it would be sturdy but it's incredibly sturdy. I also wished for a little more padding but honestly, I never felt uncomfortable and even after one late night exercise session with dim lights, I fell asleep on it for a few hours. Overall, this table was worth so much more for me. It really saved my back by allowing me to efficiently do the exercises I needed to get better and will continue to do to maintain good back strength.

This arrived undamaged and was easy to put up and get working. It's harder to lie on than the very expensive and more solid ones at the gym and the physical therapist, but still quite bearable. I like the more than adequate width which helps keep me safe from falling off. The upholstered top is nice and non sweaty but obviously will need care by not wearing tough shoes or beating the surface. Have stored it at the foot of a king sized bed which gives the advantage of helping with bed making, changing, sorting laundry. I hope also to use it, with top well protected, for packing suitcases without much bending, another advantage if I have to keep it in the bedroom. Also, as hoped for, I do my exercises. I just didn't do them when going down to a floor mat was such a hassle. It's worth all of its price for that!

Love this table. Sturdy, well made at chair height. I never had a place to perform physical therapy exercises at home and this product is perfect! I leave at the end of a king size bed like a bench, but can easily be folded and stored if needed.
