I needed a table to do do me therapy exercises on - this is it. Sold the massage table the was too high and flimsy feeling. Replaced it with this lower and much sturdier feel of this table.

This massage table is perfect height for doing PT exercises at home. I had spine surgery and am eventually having total knee replacement surgery in future. I tried doing the exercises on the floor, but had difficulty getting up off of the floor. This table makes it easy. I highly recommend this table for anyone needing to do PT exercises at home. Bonus…this table folds up & comes with a bag for storage.

I use it to stretch so the height is perfect. Don’t know if it is tall enough for a massage and for me I would not want to tote it around but I have back issues
