The box was damaged when I received it. The product was okay though, but it was a birthday gift and I don’t like wrapping a damaged box for a gift because it looks like it had been a used gift and it wasn’t.

This was a Christmas gift and our kiddo manage to do something to the wing within the first day so it no longer worked. We contacted the company directly and they immediately sent a new one, free of charge, AND allowed her to keep the broken one. For that alone, I recommend.

It was a fun toy but after 5 months it quit working. Batteries were replaced but still it won't work. Return policy won't apply. So not sure if it's worth the money if it ends up being a simple plastic unicorn without any of its "magic".

Bought 2 for Christmas for my girls and I was happy to find that they each got different colored unicorn babies. They were a big hit!!! It is a bit loud but a little clear tape over the speaker helps. One wing stopped working after 2 days of gentle play. Item was replaced the next day.
