I bought this saw in 2023 and paid a lot less than the current list price. I have used this little beast a lot and I am very pleased with it. The battery life is really good and will last a long time in storage. I have cut several large (2-3” dia) branches and it cuts through them with ease. The key is to not kink the bar and to let the saw cut at its own pace. Don't rush it or it will jam on the limb. When I bought it, it was only $40 and worth every penny. For $80, it’s probably still worth it but not as good a value.

One of the BEST purchases I have made in a long time! Out of the box and with the included safety gloves & glasses on, proceeded to trim a tree on my property that had several 2 to 4-inch low handing limbs that needed to be cut to allow passage under it and to make it blend with the landscaping. This long-lasting battery tool performed flawlessly for the entire work project and remained sharp. I sure wished that I had this for some of the cleanup of our last hurricane in Houston, Texas where I used a heavy and noisy gas-powered chainsaw. Will keep the battery charged so this little gem of a tool can be ready to respond to any limb or wood cutting chore.

This is a great size for trimming light branches. It is light weight and easy to use. Chain tension is easy to adjust. The battery has a reasonable charge for the job. It did quit working after only 3 uses but I emailed the company, gave them some details and sent some picture of the saw and they sent me a replacement saw without issues. We have been using the 2nd without any issues. I bought one for my son as well and he hasn’t had any issues.

Just the right size for cutting back small limbs and branches of bushes, trees. Cuts through wood like a hot knife through butter. Easily maneuverability around brush and tree limbs because of its size and light weight. Haven't experienced any oil leakage, but then I only put oil along the saw blade itself before starting to cut. And the saw chain stays on the saw unlike another was I had purchased, which kept coming loose. I spent so much time taking the other one apart to disassemble and reassemble I finally ordered this one to replace it. Also comes with two batteries and a charger so I keep them both charged and ready to use any time.

I love doing yard work to keep my home beautiful. But, as a woman, sometimes it can be extremely challenging to trim branches off trees, or to remove saplings that are basically popping up as big weeds. This tool is AMAZING! Get ready to love sprucing up your yard with this bad boy. I’ve been trimming small trees out of my fence row, and removing low hanging branches from my trees, and all within seconds. I love this new mama’s garden helper! Well worth the price for what you get. For those of us who are afraid to use a regular chainsaw, this little guy is s perfect for those smaller jobs.

This is the second Saker small chain saw that I have bought. Works beautifully IF you don't push it, I actually cut through 6 inch pieces. I was disappointed that I could not find out anyone who could repair my first one. Burned out motor, I believe. I still love this saw!

My wife! I talked for weeks last year about wanting a mini chain saw. Well “Santa” gave me one. This review is written after having it for three weeks. I read reviews. Watched YouTube reviews. Thought about a Milwaukee or similar. But wifey pulled the trigger on this super reasonable Saker as a surprise. So far I’ve cut and trimmed giant Oleanders, African Sumac tree, assorted bushes, and this morning, a Queen Palm. What’s great: - does everything I hoped for and more(and I’m sure I’m using it for some things for which it is not intended) - cuts through small branches like butter - cuts through 4” diameter solid wood super quick - cuts through super fibered palm branches easily - used it today for an hour plus. Went to recharge the battery when finished. It was still full charge. - easy to operate. - saves time. Work that would have taken me an hour plus is now 10-15 minutes What could be better: - don’t know yet. Having too much fun - stuff gets caught in the chain in the housing area once in a while and the saw stops. But it’s easy to clear, and I believe that it would happen with any mini chainsaw. Here’s two pics. One of my queen palm aftermath. Spent more time setting up and moving the ladder than cutting, also one of the product and case and accessories. Comes with charger, lubricant, directions, two extra chains, two batteries, tools to replace chain, gloves, and safety glasses. The case is nice. Easy. Fits everything. It’s only 3-4 times of use but I love it so far. I’ll do me best to throw another review in a few months and speak to durability. Would I buy this again or recommend it to a friend? Heck yes!
