So it is beautiful but an important large crystal was damaged and there were no extra. They give you extra on some of the smaller crystals. We had to build a scaffold to install this on our back stairs and we were NOT going to dissemble and return once we got to hanging the crystals and discovered the issue. I called amazon to see if the seller could send us the crystal. After a chat that took TOO long the customer service was like we are seeing you another chandelier, no need to return the original. So my issue was fixed but I think this is so unfair to the seller who lost an entire product when they could have just sent me a large crystal. So now I have another chandelier, sitting in a box on my office floor, missing a large crystal. Not sure what we will do? But the one in the back stairs hallway looks fantastic! Had to buy a dimmer because it was a lil too bright, otherwise EXCELLENT! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Such a beautiful way to light up a room- the only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because one of the strands of crystals was broken when it arrived. I managed to find some wire around my house to weave it back together, though. The crystals are real glass! Great product for the money ... show more

Absolutely love my new chandelier! Was looking for a long time for a smaller size chrystal chandelier that would not hang too low above the bed. It’s very well made and looks expensive. Great value for the money! Highly recommend.

This chandelier is very nice quality for the price. The crystals appear to be leased so they really sparkle. It does require assembly so prepare yourself for that. I toned down the bright chrome-y tone of the exposed metal with a light spritz of dark silver spray paint to give it a vintage feel (easy to do before assembly).
