I bought this incubator because I'd done fine with a 24-egg incubator from Sailnovo, and wanted to expand my hatching. Wow. I was not expecting such an excellent incubator. This is a significant improvement over the 360-knockoff model. This is a true 'set it and forget it' model. I love that the 'hatch days' are adjustable, with lockdown starting 3 days before hatch, and it is so much easier to program than my first Sailnovo incubator. It holds temperature, and it holds humidity- and the temperature and humidity it displays almost exactly match the multiple different brands of hygrometer/thermometers I've put in. Any discrepancy is usually accounted for by the difference between measuring at the floor and measuring at the top of the incubator. It is so much more reasonable to clean than the last model I had! Nothing on the bottom half that can't be immersed, so the part where all the hatching gunk falls is easy to cope with. The top half should just be wiped, but it gets a lot less dirty, so that's fine. Downsides: it is a side-rolling model, rather than an upright model, which is not ideal for shipped eggs with detached air cells. Also, as a side-to-side roller, eggs stay in the same part of the incubator for their entire incubation cycle, which makes them vulnerable to temperature discrepancies across the incubator. This is a risk of all such style incubators, not unique to this one. Lastly, I would strong caution against using the 'hatch bags' method with this incubator, unless one either adds protection over the internal heat/air interface or will be present to intervene for the entire multi-day hatch. A bag got caught in the fan of mine, shutting it down to only minimal heat and airflow, and the temperature dropped to the high 80s. I could not figure out what was wrong, so this went on for 12 hours, killing multiple chicks and stopping development on the final 4 eggs. I was devastated, but I would file this under 'user error' rather than incubator malfunction. Like many incubators, the Styrofoam it is shipped in should be saved for storage and for temperature management in case of emergency. I credit this- being able to slap extra insulation on the device on my way out the door- with saving some of the chicks that might have died in the temperature drop I experienced. I should add that I've never used any of the really high-end or even name-brand incubators, as I'm declining to spend more than $100 on a tabletop incubator. For the price point, this exceeds expectations.

This incubator has really impressed me, and I decided to get a smaller one from the same brand instead of the nuture right 360 because this brand actually had way better reviews. The bottle needs to sit on top of the incubator to syphon correctly, it stops pumping water at 55 % the first 18 days, and then pumps it until 75% during lock down automatically. You can easily dry hatch and turn off the humidity alarm for the entire cycle. And after doing a wet hatch and a dry hatch, I'm never adding humidity during the first 18 days again unless the breed needs it. Way more consistent and better hatch rate. Temp stays perfectly constant, although if you didn't know, most incubators are set at 100.3 because the heat rises, making where the eggs lay a perfect 99.5 degrees. I still recommend having a back up thermometer/hydrometer sitting level with the eggs. I have barely needed to add any water to the vents, but having the additional ventilation options is great. Egg turner works great. Turns off automatically day 18. Sponges already added in top water tray are nice, adding sponges to the bottom trays would be a smart move. Quiet. Durable. Easy to use. I noticed the candler works WAY better than the others ones I've used so far. I had no issue candling Black Copper Maran eggs (but you cannot see veins). Thank you! I am satisfied.

Got a 80% hatch rate out of 52 eggs so 42 chicks. Holds temp great, lost power for 4 hours and temp held above 85F. Humidity for once isn’t annoying. Fill the bottle and forget about it till next refill. That is if you have it set prior. People complain about noise but to my surprise it’s much quieter than I expected. Wouldn’t sleep with it in the same room kind of quiet but it’s quieter than most. Very sturdy and large with plenty of room for hatchlings. When chicks hatch make sure to tape up the bottom bay doors, as they can bump and open them causing humidity loss.

Seems to work ok so far. Turner is simple and rolls which i prefer. Top lid needs a better lip to sit down on bottom section and seal. Unit is super loud compared to my cabinet GQF units. Keeps temp pretty accurate.

These incubators were the first ones I ever owned. I was nervous about running everything at the right temp and humidity. Boy was I shocked! These units run themselves and kept the perfect temp and humidity. They claim to have a 65% hatching rate, but I saw a much higher rate approximately 80-85%. Very pleased with this buy!!!

Unfortunately, I never got the chance to find out how well this incubator hatches eggs. The unit arrived and did nothing but beep. I followed the instructions, checked the setup, and tried troubleshooting, but it never functioned properly. I contacted the seller and requested a return. The return was approved, but then I was informed that I would be responsible for return shipping. Since this was sold by a third-party seller and wasn't Prime eligible, I had already paid shipping once to receive it. The cost to ship it back was going to be nearly what I paid for the incubator in the first place. At that point, returning it made little financial sense. So now I own a non-functioning incubator that serves primarily as a conversation piece on a shelf in my farm room. One star. I wanted chicks. I got a dust collector.

This incubator is better than described and is an absolute steal for the price. I have used it for two hatches. The humidity and temperature stay on point and I had a 100% hatch rate for all of the viable eggs that I put in the incubator. Exceptionally easy to clean, assemble, and disassemble.
