There was one review on here that stated his wife's water broke and the mattress was dry. Based on that I ordered it. We have had it for years and with pet accidents and drink spills it has kept our mattress in perfect condition. It has been washed a million times and still works fine. I recently ordered another one to make bed changing easier than having to always wait for the only one to be washed and dried. Great quality and perfect for thicker mattress. It never rolls up or have any problems with it staying put. We have a sleep number bed and it works perfect.

I have bought these for all of the beds in our house. I use them with two other products. The 3 products that I use are a (1st) fully encased zippered mattress protector, (2nd) a quilted mattress protector, and (3rd) a terry cloth waterproof mattress protector. I have found that I usually only need to occasionally wash and replace the top waterproof terry cloth protector. Mattresses are a big investment. Other things that I have tried have failed to protect the mattress but I have been using this 3 item system for years to successfully protect my mattresses and minimize allergens. This product is an essential part of a great system.

The media could not be loaded. We use this mattress protector on my 5-year-old’s twin bed since he still has occasional nighttime accidents. I really like how soft it feels — not plasticky or crinkly — and how easily it fits over the mattress, even with a bottom sheet layered underneath to make middle-of-the-night changes quicker. It stays smooth under the fitted sheet and doesn’t bunch up, which is a big plus. The only downside is that after a couple of months of frequent washing and drying, it starts to lose its waterproof protection. We’ve noticed a few leaks once it’s been through the laundry many times. That said, it’s worked so well overall that we’ve repurchased it a couple of times and will likely keep doing so. Overall: Great comfort and fit for kids’ beds — just expect to replace it after heavy use.

The fabric is soft, breathable, and comfortable you don’t even notice it’s there once the sheets are on. It also stays in place and doesn’t shift around after sleeping. Very easy to put on and remove. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking to protect their mattress, especially families with kids.

The mattress pad is not really padded which I wanted as my mattress has a thick pillow top already. It fits great on a deep mattress. The waterproof part is good quality and is not crinkly or noisy when moving around on it . The pad was delivered when promised . I’m happy with this purchase.

With the price of a decent mattress today, it goes without saying that it is important to protect it. We have been using these for quite some time on our very expensive mattress. We bought our adult son a very expensive new mattress as a birthday gift, and, yes, I bought one of these to put on it. No, they do not crinkle like plastic. You do not even know that it is there. Piece of advice: Wash it in cold water and dry in a no-heat cycle dryer just like the instruction say to do. It takes a little longer for it to dry, but anything any higher and you will ruin it.
