I haven’t tested if it is leakproof as yet but it has been placed over the mattress. I don’t hear any plastic sounds when I move in the bed and it fitted my king size mattress well. I don’t like that the edges that go around the mattress are made of the sheer or mesh type material which doesn’t look like it is leakproof. I’m a bit concerned that the mattress might get wet through the mesh sides if any liquid should run down on it. ... show more
