Really nice quality for the price. Nothing was damaged, and was REALLY easy to assemble. Only complaint is that the bolster pillows were vac sealed flat for shipping so they probably won’t ever be the nice round shape they should be, but maybe over time they will look less squished. I also wish the strip pattern was on the pillows was symmetrical. Cushions are a nice thickness. We bought some teak oil to keep the finish looking good through the seasons. We’ll see how well the wood holds up over time but so far I’m very happy with this set. ... show more

I purchased this product in the natural beige, but it’s definitely not beige. It’s a starky white. The wood is definitely orange! Which I was also wanting to avoid. And the wood is definitely not treated properly, so I can see how other customers only got one season. It’s too late to return and quite the hassle because it’s heavy, So I’m going to try to sand and restrain a bit to remove some of the orange. I’ll also do several coats to try and seal the wood properly to withstand the elements a bit better. If you like 1. white cushions 2. orange wood 3. cheaply protected products , then this is for you. However, at the price point I guess you get what you pay for. Update: Sanded down on the bottom, very orange original color on top. ... show more

First off, I should mention that this company stands by their product. I received a broken piece and customer service quickly sent me a replacement piece! I love the style and comfort of this set. I thought it was a great value for the $. My only suggestion is that you should probably seal the wood before letting it sit in the sun. The sun does lighten the wood pretty quickly! ... show more

This set is pretty good. Especially for the price, I got what I expected. The notable exception was that the fabric fades SO fast. I had read some reviews about it so I bought some scotch guard spray to help. I meant to spray them before I set them out, but I spaced. Within 24 hours, they had faded noticibly. The worst part is I left the pillows on the chairs so there's a permanent pillow shadow. Otherwise, it's sturdy enough. Good looking enough. I did have to drill some new pilot holes for some of the screws, but for the price, I'm not surprised. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Packaging could be improved, one of the arms came damaged a bit. Cushions are not as soft as one would imagine but hoping they become softer with use. Color is good. Easy to assemble, need two people. My wife was not a fan for pillows

Very easy to assemble, it took maybe 45 minutes. Looks nice and trendy. I would add polyurethane spray to the wood for better durability and protection. I would not leave outside in the different elements often to add longevity.
