I was told I needed compression for my hips because I have Venus insufficiency on one side. I’ve tried products like compression shorts, which effectively work like higher compression Skims. Well, there are some definite advantages to this I don’t need to be wearing them all the time and several hours and it starts to feel confining. Also, they are a chore to get on and off. I needed something more specifically targeted to the area that weak. When I found this, I figured it was worth a try. it feels snug around my hips like a belly dancing belt, so I’m very aware of my hips in a good way. It supports and takes pressure off those very bottom abdominal ligaments while providing firm support to my S1. Because of this, I don’t tire as easily and I’m more aware of my abdominal muscles. This allows me to maintain better posture (so I can sit for longer periods) and walk with less pain and joint stiffness. The no-slip inner layer allows me to exercise with the belt on. I can even walk stairs normally again.

I have been having some back problems(i'm stubborn and strained my back some at work lifting a few things that were a little too heavy) so i was using my brother's back brace for a little bit but his was a bit to big and bulky for me no matter how many times i re-arranged it would slide down or move around and not be secure. So i bought this back brace(my brother's had a small metal piece in it and would hurt any time i bent over some) and after trying it on and walking around I really liked it, the only issue i have is if i wear the brace over my clothes i would start sweating after a few minutes and i would eventually have to take it off after a while but if i wear the brace under my clothes i would look bulky wearing it and still sweat pretty bad even despite sitting next to a big fan all day and be near the ac unit. Overall this back brace really helps me out if i strain my back a bit at work.

Recently I went on a long awaited trip to Europe and about a week before I was to leave, I fell on my hip and ended up with a very painful sacrum/hip injury. Sitting really exacerbated the pain and I was so worried about the long flight. I used this belt on the flight and throughout the trip, sometimes even sleeping with it on. It provided hip support and stability and I was so grateful that I bought this prior to the trip. I highly recommend for people with lower back/sacrum/hip pain. It is easy to wear, adjust, and not too bulky-so you can wear it discreetly with the right fashion choices.

I have had this product for Less Than 3 months and have worn it maybe 15 to 20 times. It worked great in giving my SI joint support and keeping it in place but now the velcro won't stay. Now I find myself in search of a new one. A Great product can't be great if it won't stay on! If you're looking to use this short-term it's excellent but the velcro will wear very fast.

This product was great for me as it worked to help with the pain I was having in my hips because of my pregnancy with a big baby, which was awfully painful at times. The only issue I had with it, was that even though I ordered the largest size it could have been bigger to make it easier to put on and more comfortable for my belly.
