Do you want to level up your home gym setup without taking over your entire garage (or spare bedroom, or living room... no judgment... been there, done that!)? Then, once you try it, you'll agree the GOIMU S1-V4 Smith Machine is a beast in the best way possible. This is a heavy-duty product. We’re talking 2000 pounds of steel that’s not here to play games.... unless you're talking about the best games ever, which involve deadlifts, squats, bench presses, cable crossovers, and every other move that makes your muscles scream with delight! It’s sturdy, safe, and honestly feels like something you’d find in a commercial gym. But it lives in your house. How sweet is that? The setup includes everything you need to get started on your own home gym; Smith machine, power rack, cable system, landmine, attachments galore. Over 25 accessories come in the box, which is more than I can say for most big-ticket fitness gear. As an added bonus, the footprint is surprisingly compact. I’ve got it tucked into the corner of my garage, and there’s still room for my car. Barely. But still... I would describe the cables as smooth like butter. No jerky movements, no weird noises, just clean resistance whether you’re doing high crossovers or that weird move you saw on Instagram (IYKYK). The Smith bar slides like a dream and has great safety features, so you can go heavy without a spotter making it perfect for solo lifters. I'd be lying if I described it as easy, quick assembly. It does take some time. However, the instructions are decent and all parts were clearly labeled. If you’ve ever put together IKEA furniture, you’ll be fine. Bottom line: this machine gives you options. It's like a buffet of gains. Whether you're new to lifting or you’re that person who knows the difference between front squats and Zercher squats, the S1-V4 has your back. Literally. It’s super versatile, super sturdy, and way more affordable than buying all these machines separately. Highly recommend. It's one of those rare fitness purchases that actually feels like a smart investment, and not just a shiny coat rack by month two!

was a little leary ordering this, as a couple reviews were iffy, and this being a relatively no name brand to me. But noticed just about every rack machines reviews had some negative reviewers. Price and style was my deciding factor. Delivered on time, and all 3 boxes came together. Setting up was the biggest time consumer. Noticed a lot of other machine's had a assembly videos available, either on Amazon or you tube. This didn't. But assembly book and all parts were mostly pretty well labeled. As with others, would strongly recommend using 2 socket wrenches during assembly. Will save you hours of time. Instructions relatively straightforward, just follow closely. Did have 1 section that did have the wrong bolts mentioned to attach. But was only 2 bolts, and as you progress assembling, will realize this a few pages later. Not too big of an issue, as reversing the mistaken bolts only took a minute, and didn't need to disassemble anything. If I remember correctly, it was the 2 bolts for attaching the landmine attachment. Took me about 5-6 hours by myself. Was nervous about the pulley system, hoping there was no sluggishness or drag as other machines mentioned. For me, there we no issues. Everything looks great, and works as hoped. Fly handles slide smoothly and easily. Overall, very satisfied.

I gave this a couple months before reviewing. Honestly, I love this thing. I can hit all major muscle groups and the weight is adjustable for both me and my partner. Putting it together took probably about 6-8 hours over the course of 3 days, but once it's done it is so worth it. I can even do pull-ups on it and don't worry about it tipping at all. It's probably not for professional level, but for a home gym it's the best!

The machine itself is sturdy and feels very solid when put together. I weighed the barbell before installation and it is just under 25lbs. I did have a couple issues with the incorrect parts but customer support were very quick to respond and ship out replacement parts. I would recommend using a socket wrench or at least a sturdier wrench than is provided. Very compact in size for what it is. Excited to get more versatility in training!

Its a little shaky, i wish it was about a foot wider or made of better material. It works but im not sure I believe the 2k weight advertised. Im heavier than most recreational lifters and I think i could tear it apart doing a murph on it.
