This thing rocks. Had a battery that was failing to keep charge and ordered this to cover me until I could get around to to replacing. Woke up to the battery very flat, like 9.8 volts, and was able get the car running in under a minute with this jump starter. With my car battery being so low, the jump starter dropped to 88%, but it charges quickly, back to 95% with the usb port as I drove to mechanic. My mechanic then quoted a ridiculous price for a new battery, so I jumped it once again to get to a AutoZone. The second jump only dropped the jump starter from 95 to 94%. The jump starter works very well, there is a green flashing light that goes solid when it detects connection to battery. Then all it takes is a press of the ignition. The light and usb ports are a nice add. Also the battery has fast charging at 9 volt / 2amp if connected to a good power source. It seems durable and has good protections for overheating, over current, etc. Value is great for the features

I deal with electronic equipment that needs to meet environmental performance standards. This thing is excellent. All electronic ports are properly sealed and covered. Solid construction, given this will get tossed around in a car. Beyond my expectations for a device of this cost. Case is protective, padded and well designed, and ready for my suv. I drive deep into Utah southern desert every summer. My only anxiety is what would happen out there if my battery had gone dead in morning. Ten desert miles to nearest track where any other car would pass a few times a day. Desert sun. Charging cables were of little us out there. But I was careful. It never happened. Nonetheless every time I went out I worried. I could survive. Probably. This was what I needed as a security blanket. It takes six to eight hours for first charge. Give it time. We see how long it holds a charge between storage periods. Or how long it lasts Be aware this is a lithium battery. UN3480. Will charge a phone many times for sure. But never try to take this on a plane!! An amazing small device with a big kick.

A light got turned on in the cargo area of my small suv when I was moving yesterday and killed the battery. I ordered the jump starter and got it within a couple of hours. It was already at 79% charged but I wanted to be sure it had enough juice so charged it overnight. This morning I tried to start it, and after a little trial and error, it worked a dream. The instructions don’t mention that it will click when it’s working and that you don’t have to wait like other jump starters. If the instructions had been a bit more clear this would have been a 5 star review. I waited a few minutes like I have in the past to let the battery charge, then it stopped clicking and I tried to start the car. It tried, but just didn’t have enough juice. I reset it and tried again, this time I hit the starter immediately after hooking up, and it started right up. The charge is still at 100%. It literally took almost nothing to jump my car. It fits in the glove box, and the price was great for the peace of mind of having it right there if it’s needed.

Used it to jump my Honda Accord V6 and it fired right up. I like how easy it is to charge, easy to use, and simple instructions. Holds 100% charge for weeks. Once per month it will go down to 99% and I’ll let it charge from my laptop while I’m working and after an hour it’s back to 100%. When I jumped my Accord it only dropped to 96%…Amazing! I now have the peace of mind I want that I won’t get stranded.

It worked just fine. On a 2005 Infiniti G35, with a 3.5L V6, it took 20% of the battery to start the vehicle once, instead of the reported ability to start 15 times, I think it's more like 5, but that's okay, I recharge it right away and most importantly is it jumps the car with once shot, no hesitation. The added features of small size, ability to charge other devices via USB and USB C, and the built in flashlight made this a product worth having in every car. Just remember to check on it and recharge when needed.
