I got this chair as a gift for Christmas and I love it! My first thought was how comfy and roomy it was. It reclines all the way back and has a footrest which makes a great combination for watching movies at your pc. The customer service is also amazing. I bought this over a year ago and the arm rests are split at the seams showing the foam one of the arm rests is loose and will not click in or out loose will not stay in place and the seat foam is compressed and feels like your sitting on metal having to replace the chair with something different. was not worth the price I paid if it goes bad after a year. poorly constructed. ... show more
