I got this chair as a gift for Christmas and I love it! My first thought was how comfy and roomy it was. It reclines all the way back and has a footrest which makes a great combination for watching movies at your pc. The customer service is also amazing. I got the 2 year warranty which is definitely worth buying just in case. I had to request a new wheelbase and I got it arrived within the week. 10/10 would recommend this chair! ... show more

I bought this over a year ago and the arm rests are split at the seams showing the foam one of the arm rests is loose and will not click in or out loose will not stay in place and the seat foam is compressed and feels like your sitting on metal having to replace the chair with something different. was not worth the price I paid if it goes bad after a year. poorly constructed. ... show more

i did get a coupon for $80 off and had a $50 gift card. leaving my total around $56 but this is not sponsored at all. in my opinion i think this is a comfortable chair. Pros: i like all of the options like how it rocks, and how the arms will go up/down/left/right. i got the grey one with the tiny stripes and it wasn't a hassle to put together at all for me. as a hardcore gamer and mmo player i really like this chair overall. also it feels like it will lay back 180 degrees as my body is completely flat. and im short, 5ft 7. but the back of the chair is tall and i can rest my head on the back unlike some chairs. cons: first the seat was kind of hard and uncomfortable but has softened up overtime. also the lumbar support pillow is hard as well ands its very thick so i took it off. but im sure it would soften with use as well. Also, the handle that reclines the chair doesn't feel the sturdiest. and the chair has some leeway no matter what position its locked in. and last con the plastic feels cheap on the sides near the handle and sort of flops around and can get caught easily. but for $56 you cant beat it at all. it still feels very high quality for the price. even with the cons i still rate it 5 stars. ... show more
