The Seller, LIGHTNING95 Deals, work very hard on getting the situation rectified with the Ryobi claims department and we were provided with replacement equipment. Accountability and perseverance is becoming a rare thing in our world today so the seller assistance we received in getting our leaf blower replaced due to a defect was very much appreciated. LIGHTNING95 Deals is a 3rd party seller and spent months working with Ryobi claims department which was a tedious to get everything handled. ... show more

    • Good vacuum to pick up dry leaves
The machine works well however it is quite heavy. I thought I would just use it without the harness that comes with it, but decided to add the harness to complete my job.

    • registration app doesn't work
Haven't had a chance to use it, but so far they include no instructions other then the charger. Tried to register it on line like it says. instructions say it takes 15 seconds to register. After an hour of trying to navigate the online registration app, I finally gave up since their scanning feature doesn't work. I hope there product works better then their online app does, or I'll be highly disappointed. The charger quit after charging the batteries once.     • Terrible product, major problems after few run time
Highly defective item, the bag and zipper after a few uses unraveled and zipping became undone. The handle loosened to the point where it no longer locked in place. Returned to sender and still not offered a refund.

    • Only Runs on High Power Setting
Bought this for our large yard fall cleanup and it did a great job but half way through our first cleanup the three-setting power switch is stuck on high. Sometimes a more delicate setting is needed and the worst part is that it drains the battery much quicker.

I ordered this product and it came in a beat up box with holes in it and a bunch of brown packing tape. I opened it up and it had been used and was full of debris from leaves and twigs that someone had vacuumed before. Additionally, it did not work. Could not even turn it on. So I sent it back and they sent me a new one and it's come back in the same box. That's even a little more beat up with about twice as much brown packing tape on it. I'm not gonna get a refund and no longer gonna try to buy this through Amazon. I found it for half the price at a retail walk-in store. ... show more
