I ordered this product and it came in a beat up box with holes in it and a bunch of brown packing tape. I opened it up and it had been used and was full of debris from leaves and twigs that someone had vacuumed before. Additionally, it did not work. Could not even turn it on. So I sent it back and they sent me a new one and it's come back in the same box. That's even a little more beat up with about twice as much brown packing tape on it.     • Horrible design, doesn’t keep running
Handle broke right away. Won’t keep running, continually shuts off. Only 30 day return which we passed since we bought it for fall cleanup and it is just now time to clean. If you buy the same machine at Lowe’s or Home Depot, they give you a 90 day return policy. This is totally unacceptable.

The power of the vacuum and blower is impressive however the weight distribution is not good and the adjustable handle only lasted for two uses.

2 4amp batteries didn't last 20 minutes of use. Very difficult to switch from vacuum to blower.

The machine works well however it is quite heavy. I thought I would just use it without the harness that comes with it, but decided to add the harness to complete my job.
