Got this blower for my 78-year-old mother who wanted to keep her decks free of leaves and I didn't want her using brooms and dustpan at her age anymore. I swap batteries for her as needed. It's not too loud or too powerful for my Mom. It's ergonomic grip, light weight and the extra attachments have turned up other unexpected uses, like blowing out dust filters on vacuums and filling her queen size air mattress for her guest visitors in about 4 minutes. It's powerful emough to move standing water on porches, so I rest easier knowing fewer slip hazards are around after use. can't recommend any higher. My wife wanted a cordless blower to clear leaves from our deck. I already had Milwaukee batteries, so I purchased this tool only blower. It works well for our needs. As other reviews have said it will drain the smaller size or less amp hour batteries pretty quickly and the air intake will suck up loose clothing if you’re right handed. ... show more

I was suspect on how good a battery powered blower would be, not bad at all. I was impressed how good it was for a battery powered blower. Now my corded Makita does blow stronger, but again the mobility of a battery, I plugged my corded Makita in on a jobsite and blew the fuse..., this battery does the job and not plug issues.     • Using frequently in place of my large gas blower
Small and convenient, I find myself using this for general leaf blowing on a more frequent basis, thus keeping the driveway and decks cleaner. I’ll still grab the more powerful gas blower for heavy wet leaves or for wet gutter cleaning.
