    • I received a defective refurbished product
I bought this product at the end of last year season and did not open it until the beginning of this season. The box had some extra tape outside, but I didn’t pay it any mind. I opened it up and parts were missing and other parts were scratched. Clearly it was pre-used, and the machine did not work once it was plugged in. I contacted the seller a month ago and have not received any feedback which is why I am writing this review. So now I have a dead product which is completely useless. ... show more

Package arrived taped oddly. When we opened it there was soap/liquid in the reservoir and washer looked like it may have been used. The power cord and washer hose were just thrown in the box . It works fine but we wonder if it had been used and retuned.

    • A nice little unit for the money
My husband had this out of the box and ready to use in 10 minutes. I bought it for easy stuff like cleaning the driveway, washing cars, spraying down sliding, etc. Disclaimer on the rest of the review...My husband is SUPER happy with the performance and ease of use. It is EXACTLY what he expected and he had a blast playing with it. His first job was to spray down of a brick path with some weeds and about 1,000,000 hibiscus blossoms stuck in the cracks. He started with the 'middle' nozzle and it wasn't really doing the trick so he switched to the turbo nozzle. I wasn't expecting him to need the turbo nozzle for such a simple job and it still didn't blast the weed out of the cracks but he was satisfied. I suspect my expectations were higher than his and that other than washing cars and cleaning gutters, he'll need the turbo nozzle for everything. ... show more

    • OH, RYOBI...HOW THEE HAVE FALLEN!
Where to start. At the assembly. 'Handle' is not really a handle. Has none of the characteristics Would not attempt to lift unit with it. Can barely use it to direct its path. Those who order this model will find the telescoping aluminum 'stick' totally inadequate...and the two small screws that are supposed to secure it to the unit...do not. The 'stick' does not seat into its base far enough. Flaw in mold process. In my 79 years I have owned four pressure washers..operated several others. All of them have had AC ' dogs on which to secured power cords. NOT THIS ONE. All of them have had wand 'sti;rrups...this one..WELL...SORT OF. Mickey Mouse! Also, the power cord is a much smaller wire than any machine in my memory. The last one I owned sits beside my garage...awaiting harvest of recyclable parts. It worked well while it lived....AN ANCIENT RYOBI 1700 PSI unit...and cheaper...and yet a fat better machine than the one I bought....SHAME ON RYOBI...this washer does not deserve your name. ... show more
