I bought used like new. It was missing one handle screw. Took a minute to start it. Make sure both ends of the hose are screwed in tight. Works well! Really like the quality.

Terrible! Does not work as advertised. You have to buy a separate battery, a separate charger, you also have to buy the power cord and by time everything is bought, you have spent triple the amount of money just to get the heater to work! Rip off‼️

Bought this item "new" . Did not come in the original ryobi box and the gas line box was open. The unit was dented in the front. Couldn't get it started , tried several times even with different propane tanks. Tried to return it, total HASSLE. Decided to Google issues and found some help. Actually got the unit running. You have to turn unit on , then turn propane on slowly. Sometimes it would start itself, sometimes I had to push the button which you are supposed to do. I really needed this for my garage, so I decided to keep it. I would recommend strongly that you purchase from somewhere that you can return without hassle.
