I had recently purchased an infrared sauna blanket and while it worked wonderfully, it emitted an extremely High EMF reading on my meter. So I opted for a different solution. This steam sauna got up to 100 degrees while sitting in it for 30 min. It’s extremely easy to assemble. And it def serves its purpose. Zero chemical smell - which is why I decided to go with this particular steam Sauna tent. It’s decently sized. And most importantly, my EmF reader didn’t pick up any issues - it stayed within 40-50 which is fantastic to me. It also came with two towels, a foot roller massage, a small chair (I didn’t use, I chose to sit on the ground), and two mats. Hopefully, I won’t have any mechanical issues with the unit that heats up the water…..overall, it’s a great steam sauna tent and heats up nicely! UODATE ———- It’s October and I use this sauna daily for 30 min. I decided to place a reg sized lawn chair inside because sitting on the floor was uncomfortable. I measured the temp sitting in the chair and my thermometer read 110 degrees (heat rises). And just to sweat more, I wear a sauna suit. I literally am drenched in sweat from head to toe when I get done. Cleaning is worry-some, so I filled a spray bottle with alcohol and water and spray the tent down after each use.     • Very easy to use home sauna
I was a little skeptical, but this portable sauna was easy to assemble and works very well. It generates sufficient heat and steam for a good session and is easy to clean and dry up after use. it takes about 10 minutes to reach the level of steam and heat you dial in. it maintains that level very nicely and has a built in timer that will automatically shut things down.     • Better than other portable saunas!
I have a lot to say about the problems of other types of portable saunas. In short, this model solved all those issues! It also came with some really nice water absorbent towels and doesn’t smell like it just came from a chemical lab. I recently purchased a full size steam sauna and had a lot of issues with it. The full size one would collect water on the floor and leak all over the place. It would also let steam out of the seams. They call those “portable saunas” but they’re huge and they take forever to put together. I could not keep it inside anymore because it was leaking so much water onto my carpet. I also had issues keeping it outside as it would just blow away in the wind unless I placed a Yeti cooler inside it. Even then, I think it started tearing at the seams and made the problem even worse. This sauna solves those problems. It is made just like a pop up tent which TRULY makes it portable. The seams are not stitched together like the other cheaply made “portable saunas.” From a quick inspection, it actually appears to be seamless at the corners. I think it’s impossible not to have any moisture come through the bottom of a portable sauna but this model ALSO comes with an outer and inner water absorbing mat/pad to avoid making a large mess on your carpet or floors. Everything about this tent is clearly made with the highest quality standards. I am super impressed with this company and this brand. There was even a QR Code with a super easy how to video for full set up.     • First time sauna user and I love it!
I love how easy it was to setup. Maybe 15 minutes from opening the box to getting it setup. It takes around 8 to 10 minutes to start making steam. Boy do you sweat! I’m a big guy ( 5’10” 340lbs) and I fit comfortably in it. The little chair is very sturdy and quite comfortable. This is the first time I’ve ever used a sauna, so I have nothing to compare to, but I really liked it. I stayed in for about 30 minutes. I felt refreshed and relaxed after use. Can’t speak for how well it packs up, but it can’t be that hard. I hardly ever write reviews and as soon as I was done I just had to review it! ... show more

I always do a lot of research reviews before purchasing and I must say this unit is just as described, saw a review from other buyers setup in 10min yes it can be done, no fuss no tools needed other than maybe a sharps to open the box, watch their video it really sets up this easy
