Very portable, but weighed a little more than I expected. The lithium battery is easy to remove for air travel. It folds automatically to the size of a large suitcase and fits in the trunk of a car.

T-handle you steer with is bent down on the right side. It is low enough that the ho forward lever gets stuck under the handlebar putting the scooter into full speed. The only way to stop the runaway is to hit the reverse lever. The instructions that come with the scooter are i complete and describe features that do not exist on this scooter. The manual lists that the seat can be pulled off to get to the battery compartment. The seat does not pull off. Thanks to YouTube I found an unboxing video from the manufacturer that shows where the battery pack fits. On a positive note it is powerful, moves fast at full speed. Turning the speed control to the minimum is still kind of fast for indoor use if you push the go forward paddle fully forward. But if you are easy on it you can get a controlled safe speed for inside your house or a store. Turning radius is bigger than I thought it would be. K-turns get used inside buildings frequently . It is quite heavy, I can see needing 3 people to lift it if the owner is old. The folding feature is nice. Saves space once you get off it or for getting into a vehicle. Final take is this scooter is a bit of a compromise, but it does do what a mobility scooter is supposed to do, it gets you around if you're having problems walking.

Revised. I use this for the convenience of the remote/foldable for cruises. It is heavier than expected and turning around is a little difficult. If you bump into anything turn off and turn back on to reset. This is my second time using it and felt more comfortable using it since the first time.

I ordered this scooter and it came. There were no problems. It had a smooth ride. It went a little fast, but it was nice. The problem started when I tried to lift it, and my husband tried to lift it and the 79 pounds which is too much for us. I initiated a return with the company Rubicon. They sent me a return label but it wasn’t prepaid, when I call them they told me I had to send $110 for return postage which I did. I asked them for proof of the return fee so I could submit it. I sent the scooter back and kept asking them for proof of return fee and now they told me it was not a return fee. It was a restock fee and restock fees are not refundable. I have contacted them several times but they have not answered me. I am very disappointed with this company. They also deducted the $110 from my refund. I feel very betrayed by this company.
