Over all good. The problem is what you have when you open the box. Damage. The control panel with key was disconnected due to plastic exstenders breaking in transit .     • Not convenient
I love the scooter but it is inconvenient on several levels. The 5’ turn radius means I had to go back forward back etc to turn around or a corner. Specifically on a cruise ship. And when backing up the beeping is ear piercing. I can’t figure out how to remove the beeping. Tires deflate to often also. Folding it up is a little difficult and unfolding I cannot do. Guess I’m just not strong enough. Other than those issues it’s great. I would return it but the airline damaged the paint on it. ... show more

    • Great get up and go!
This little scooter has been used daily for about 3 weeks. It has great pick up on the hilly trails in the park that we take it and handles the grassy areas too. Quiet and fun - it responds well and stops quickly when our pup weaves in front of it. Instructions in manual could have been better as the Video was required to open and collapse it. It easily fits in the back of my car — though at 60 lbs I do need a friend to help me lift it in and out. . Great customer support when shipment arrived with damaged charger….. it was promptly replaced. Very happy so far! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Doesn't work, can't get help. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with Amazon. In addition, when I returned it, I had to pay shipping costs because they wouldn't and that was $432.80. They only thing they did right was refund the original cost of the scooter. ... show more
