The rattan is a much better quality than on my previous set, and because this furniture is so well-made and properly engineered it was a breeze to assemble. Also, the assembly instructions in their manual were quite clear and helpful. It was impressive that they sent additional screws, bolts and miscellaneous parts in case you lost an item or miss placed it. The cushions are well-made and quite comfortable. The fire pit is beautiful and lights perfectly every time. The inclusion of the glass shield, which is provided to protect the flames from the wind was a nice, classy addition. I have also found that any communication with the companyโ€™s support staff has been very prompt and very helpful. My wife and I are both extremely happy with this purchase and we would highly recommend this companyโ€˜s product to anybody. *update: after contacting the seller who was very helpful in tracking the package, the cushion covers arrived. * What a wonderful set! Great price, fast delivery of the set itself. Cushion covers still havenโ€™t arrived yet which is a pain. A few tips for putting it together. Make sure you either use a power tool with an Allen wrench bit attachment OR wear gloves because my hands were killing me after putting this together using the Allen wrench included. This is better than expected and Iโ€™ve read that the 3rd box with the cushion covers come a day later but I havenโ€™t received mine yet (recvd set on Thursday, itโ€™s Sunday and so far no cushion covers), could cause an issue if you need a complete set for an event. Otherwise a good purchase, comfortable (esp the corner piece you can curl up in). Pretty easy to put together if you have any mechanical skills. Took a couple of hours. Extra pillow was included and plenty of extra hardware if you drop and lose a nut or screw. If it wasnโ€™t for the delay in the cushion covers Iโ€™d rate this a five star. ... show more

It is a beautiful set, easy to assemble, and sturdy. The pillow fill is lacking in a couple of the back pillows, but it is not noticeable by looking at them. Take the pillows out of the box so they can fluff up. I got the 9 piece set, but they came in two colors. Four pieces are a solid brown color and the other 4 pieces plus the table are a multi-brown color. I made it work, luckily that solid brown color is one of the colors in the multi-color pieces. I was a little nervous about this outdoor furniture set because the price seemed so reasonable. We ordered the 13 piece set with the fire pit. Everything is of excellent quality. This set is actually two 6 piece sofa sets plus a fire pit. It initially came in 5 boxes plus another for the glass for the fire pit. Everything was very well packaged. 5 days later two more boxes arrived that had the covers for the cushions. Given other reviews, this seems normal. It is very high quality and looks fantastic. What they say about assembly is true. I am very handy and have all the right tools. It took me about 45 minutes to put together the first armless chair. Once I figured it out, I could put together a chair in about 15 minutes. There are 10 chairs, plus two coffee tables and a fire pit. It takes some time. The fire pit seems to be of good quality and generates some serious heat. Iโ€™m very happy with this furniture and would buy again in a heartbeat. ... show more

There were no damaged or missing parts. The instructions were easy to follow. It took me less time to assemble it than I had anticipated. The cushion covers are removable and can be washed.
