*update: after contacting the seller who was very helpful in tracking the package, the cushion covers arrived. * What a wonderful set! Great price, fast delivery of the set itself. Cushion covers still haven’t arrived yet which is a pain. A few tips for putting it together. Make sure you either use a power tool with an Allen wrench bit attachment OR wear gloves because my hands were killing me after putting this together using the Allen wrench included. This is better than expected and I’ve read that the 3rd box with the cushion covers come a day later but I haven’t received mine yet (recvd set on Thursday, it’s Sunday and so far no cushion covers), could cause an issue if you need a complete set for an event. Otherwise a good purchase, comfortable (esp the corner piece you can curl up in). Pretty easy to put together if you have any mechanical skills. Took a couple of hours. Extra pillow was included and plenty of extra hardware if you drop and lose a nut or screw. If it wasn’t for the delay in the cushion covers I’d rate this a five star.

This lovely 7 pc fire pit patio set arrived very quickly with no issues or damage. We LOVE it!! Its beautiful vibrant color, sturdy construction, and comfortable seating is just perfect!! Fantastic price and great value!! So affordable and worth more than the money paid. The pillows stay in place because of the tie straps that wrap around the back of the seats and the sturdy velcro for its seat cushions. This patio set is unique and wisely designed. The fire pit is constructed well, and activated just as should. Hubby had no problem following the easy instructions to assemble the set - all pieces were there. Customer service was a breeze when we wanted to know the specific date of arrival and tracking - we got a response very quickly. We received the fire pit wind guard and the cushion covers first, then the next day we received the fire pit and furniture set exactly as scheduled. I truly recommend this patio set!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Very nice set. Arrived undamaged. Comes with spare pieces to repair any small holes or gaps in the material of the seats. There was one slight imperfection on only one piece of my set, though, it didn't matter as it became my option for the corner piece of a sectional couch seat and is hidden from sight. Very tideious, time consuming *about 3hrs or so alone* project but worth it when finished. Things to note: The 15pc set is two of the same set that allows for more options of arrangement to create a larger set *don't be shocked as I was to see two Box A's, two Box B's & two Box C's.* I found it more simple to use real life tools than the tiny ones provided to assemble, however, a few of the pieces were slightly "wonky" and I did have to use the tiny tools to complete that step. There are two smaller pillow cases and two smaller pillows. This set *or these sets* come with many little bags with bolts, nuts, push caps, etc. There are only three size bolts for the entire project and the directions aren't very helpful of informing you which is which. Each bag is labeled for a different part of assembly, however, once I realized that all of the hardware was the same in each little bag I combined them all in to their own separate bags of each part *i.e. longest bolts in one bag, medium bolts in another, smallest in another.* The longest bolts are only used for the feet. Remember this is two of the same set being put together to create a larger set which means extra parts. I did not assemble two sectionals so therefore, I ended up with an extra backrest part intended for sectional assembly. There are two longer backrest pieces *intended to create a sectional corner seat.* There are pieces that look the same for creating an enclosed form at the bottom of a seat and the end tables but they are in fact different pieces. Pieces to enclose the bottom of a seat are rectangular and will only attach to one side of both the backrest & seat pieces *preset bolt holes will only allow attachment backrest down, seat piece on open side right.* When creating your armrest pieces be aware of which side you intend to put the armrest as it does require you to assemble a seat opposite than the of the other seats *right armrest-seat assembly to backrest-open side one way & left armrest- seat assembly to backrest-open side the other way.* I would recommend setting the firepit table aside until the end *it comes in its own box & so does the glass for it, they are clearly marked.* Setting this up was most simple and after all of the time put in to the seating arrangement, I found assembling the table most satisfying when it took me "no time" and little to no brain power. It has a nice cover for it as well to shield it from the elements.

Great set for the price! Shipping was late but I’m not so sure that was on the company- the issue may have fell on Fed Ex. Cushions are comfortable and good quality- holding true to water resistant advertising. Some of the rattan was scuffed up but minor. Plan on hours of assembly for the 13 piece set with fire table- my son helped me and it took us about 7 hours. It went a bit quicker once we started to get the hang of it. Hopeful this set lasts a while- it’s seems sturdy and we have been covering to protect from rain. The set fits perfectly for the space we intended it for and will be very functional for our poolside space! Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is due to the shipping fiasco, scuffed rattan and HOURS spent assembling, otherwise is exactly what I was looking for!

Our set arrived this week, and so far I'm very impressed. I ordered the 11 piece set with swivel chairs and a firepit. The instructions were clear and all the pieces were there, along with a baggie of extra screws, etc . . . just in case. The whole set even came with two extra feet. I assembled all of it myself over the course of about six hours. I probably could have been faster, but took my time. I never felt like I needed a second set of hands. I did, however, use a rachet for the allen wrench. This sped things along, but if you do it, be very careful. I cracked a couple of the metal pieces because I used too much pressure. It's better to get it mostly tight with the rachet and then switch to the little wrench that they include in the kit. All the seats, fire table, and large side table came with adjustable feet, which is good on my uneven deck. The little side table does not have adjustable feet. The seats are cozy enough, though I wouldn't want to spend hours sitting there - that's probably actually a good thing. We already enjoyed our morning coffee in the swivel chairs.

After reading reviews I was a little hesitant about getting this set due to people complaining how complicated it was to put together. This whole set took my husband by himself 5 hours to put together. The swivel chairs rock and turn with ease. The cushions are comfy. The fireplace is gorgeous. We ended up getting different fire glass to match the gray and black vibe we were going for. But all in all worth the price tag. The seller was very quick to respond (we got one set of boxes in one day and the next day the last two came). We were missing an instruction book but my husband figured it out with out just by doing the others. The table and side table have black glass which was a nice touch. If you’re on the fence, just go for it! So excited to use it all summer!

I could not believe how much stuff they sent us. When this arrived, I was frankly overwhelmed by the boxes. Then one Saturday, my wife and I started unboxing and assembling. The layout of the set is configurable, with the instruction clearly outlining how to make sofas, armed chairs, and a sectional. On top of that, there were two swivel chairs, several tables, and a fireplace. It comes with a cover too. The only problem I had in assembly was recognizing which length of bolt to use at first. There are multiple lengths of bolts, so in retrospect, if I had grouped them by length and followed the instructions, it would have been easy. We have been using them for about four months, and they have shown no wear. We use them a lot, but on a covered screened in porch. I am not sure how many seasons they will last, but they seem very durable and nice. I configured with One sectional, one love seat, two armless chairs, and the two swivel chairs. I could not be happier. This would have cost at least three grand at a local store, even big box. I give them five stars, but the biggest five stars I've ever given.
