Tested this chair at Office Depot where they had one on display. Very comfortable with every adjustment available to tweak to your liking. I wound up buying two of them over the holidays - one for each of my boys who are avid gamers. They both absolutely love their new gaming chairs! Better support than their old ones, and the quality of the workmanship and construction is superb. Note that they do not recline all the way back, and they don't have any kind of built in foot rest. for my boys, this was not an issue, as neither of them use the chairs for reclining. The chairs were super easy to put together as well. Do watch for price reductions. Normal retail at Office Depot was around $499. I was able to snag them from Amazon for $250.     • I am Big and Tall -- Few Chairs Work for Me, This one Was Perfect!
At 6'3'' and 220 lbs it is quite difficult to find a chair that has a high enough back to actually support me and reach my head and neck. I tried several chairs but was disappointed as they weren't built for tall people and offered zero head/neck support. This chair finally solved this issue and offers excellent comfort, support, and adjustability. It cradles my head perfectly and the head cushion works well. The lumbar cushion is also great. TIP: if the head cushion isn't right for your height, you can choose to clip it behind the top of the chair rather than through the upper perforations (so that it can be placed higher up). If you're really tall, this is helpful! My butt does get sore after sitting for hours, though, but honestly compared to the issues I've had with other chairs this is a minor nuisance that can be remedied via my standing desk and taking breaks to stand and work, or just buying a seat cushion. If you work on your computer all day like I do, this is the one. ... show more

    • Comfortable and rolls well
The chair sits upright, which I wanted. It's comfortable and the wheels roll well. If I had to find a con, it would be that the arm rests keep shifting forward and backward and can't be locked

The chair and attachments are good and comfy, lots of adjustability and space. I myself am on the bigger side and have used this chair for about 3 years. I only marked this chair as 3 star because the function that locks what angle the chair rest at has broken as of today. I was expecting a chair that could last longer then 5 years but if your looking for a chair for 3 years this is a good pick. (Ive only used it as a chair, not a shelf or a stool.) ... show more

We bought this for my husband after trying it out in office depot. It is exactly as pictured and my husband had no difficulty putting it together. We've had it a few months now and the leather is still in good shape, still comfortable and no squeaking thus far. Only complaint would be the shipper the seller uses. The status for it had stayed as shipped with no updates even days after it was actually delivered. For such an expensive office chair, I would think better shipping options could be used. ... show more
