First let me start by saying, "what a fiasco" The order and time frame delivered was spot on, however, my package was delivered "somewhere out there". USPS notified me that the delivery was made, checked the front door, nothing, checked my cameras, nothing. I wrote a not deliverable item to Royal Shade and stated what had happened, they immediately responded and without hesitation resent the items, this time I got them!! We measured our area before purchasing these 8x50 cloths. We had a few feet on either side to stretch the material so it would be taunt based on the measurements provided. It took a few weeks to arrive and we had an event planned so we needed to install them as soon as they came. When we went to install them we realized that they were larger than we expected. We installed them anyway but they were not as taunt as we had hoped. Well, because they did not fit properly the wind had its way with them and they tore in less than a year. Now I'm shopping for something different. They provided great shade, and they looked very nice at first. But they unfortunately didn't last long and I won't be reordering. ... show more
