First, it arrived in a box so destroyed the box was unusable. The automated system had no option for getting a new box to return this large item. Next, so much of the grill’s metal was bent, it took weekends for a month to pound it carefully back into shape and assemble.     • Unsafe fire hazard!
This grill is horrible! We used the briquette side. It started getting really hot and then flames were shooting out the back. It was turning the lid black and warping it. We had to put it out with a hose. Don’t waste your money! So disappointed!
