    • Product Came Lightly Damaged on a Non-Essential Part, but Still a Fantastic Product
Honestly a rather fantastic grill/griddle combo. My wife and I have used it every night on the weekends since we got it and I have not noticed any issues with it. Instructions on assembly could use some fine tuning but other than that it was simple to put together. I saw there were ratings of it having bad heat dispersion but it would seem they have addressed that and I do not notice anything wrong with it now. It cooked our steaks on the grill perfectly then made fantastic pancakes on the griddle the following morning. I only give it 4 stars because the bottom pan came with a dent in it so now it doesn't sit flat on the cross bars. I would say it has a great value for what you pay for it. The wheels are a little hard to lock but they loosen up a little after a couple uses. There were no missing parts with the installation kit. ... show more

does not come with assembly instructions. you will have to download it and print it. once you have the assembly instructions, it goes by quickly.

Worst grill I've ever used. Took 40+ minutes to cook hot dogs and burgers that weren't even frozen. It's not like it's cold out, 81 degrees outside. Not worth the money for that kind of cooking.     • If it’s not perfect at first, don’t get discouraged
When I first put this product together and used it for the first time, it was lacking in performance to say the least. I was very discouraged, but worked with their customer service team and discovered that the propane regulator was defective. They quickly sent me a new one and once I installed that the product worked perfectly. It is a perfect griddle and grill combination for my families needs, and I cannot recommend a better product for the price . ... show more

I have a Big Green Egg and was looking to add a grill and/or a griddle to my cooking arsenal. I was really leaning towards a Blackstone griddle but, I came across this combo grill/griddle. Why not get the best of both worlds, grill and griddle, in a single unit. And for this price? It was an easy decision for me. I've cooked on both (grill & griddle) several times already and, about to cook tonight's dinner on it. The fact I can heat this up in no time for those "spur of the moment" decisions to grill out i awesome. This has really been a great addition to my BGE.
