All of the burners are stopped up, will NOT light, and the entire frame is corroded and rusted out. NOTE: this has been covered and kept out of the weather . Used about a dozen times at our church . A piece of junk!! We have had problems with this from day 1. I do have pictures if needed! We have written time after time and even had an online chat concerning this product. It is worthless as it doesn't work . We wrote about this 3 or 4 months ago when we were trying to use it. Please advise ... show more

Love this grill. Open top, big enough for nearly 30 burgers, perfect for events, this bad boy warms up quick. Two slight complaints... 1) some of the metal pieces weren't as sturdy as those on my last grill. And 2) in the box there was no detailed installation guide. Poor design. Flame and grates are too close together so flare-ups are a real problem. Cheap construction materials and workmanship. Igniters don't light consistently and one hardly ever. Assembly instructions were terrible. Had to redo things many times to assemble correctly

This is a large product, the box arrive intact, however the directions and hardware were missing. Even though packaging material and box were intact there was still some damage to some of the components. Nothing that we couldn’t work with but for 600 bucks you’d expect everything in good order.
