I’ve had this grill for 4 years now and it still works great. I have had to replace the flame protectors a few times but that’s surly standard, other than that this thing is a beast capable of cooking for 20+ people at at time. A must have if you live on a lake!

Bought this grill for use at the church I attend. Perfect for grilling a good quantity of burgers and hot dogs quickly for hungry church-goers. We fill them up spiritually and then we use this grill to fill them up physically! The only negative thing I noticed is that the included grill cover is not sufficiently big enough to cover the unit when the LP tanks are attached in the correct position or with the sides flipped up. You either have to disconnect the LP tanks completely or you have to keep the LP tanks connected but remove them from their installed position. Would have been nice for the included grill cover to be big enough to leave the LP tanks in place. This is our second Royal Gourmet 8-Burner Gas Grill. Purchased this product for events as described. Have used this grill 6xs in the last 12 months, brought out last week for an event and could not get the flames past the lowest setting. Grill would not heat up. Pulled everything apart cleaned everything now for the 7th time and still cannot get flames to cook. Called Royal Gourmet customer service 7/15/24 and was told to put in new regulators. After replacing regulators still could not get a flame to cook with. Called Royal Gourmet customer service 7/22/24 and am now being told to replace all 8 valves on the burners. Since grill is no longer under warranty have to also pay for new valves. Explained to customer service rep grill has only been used 6x since purchased. Condition of the grill is perfect, and very little use. Rep informed me that they will not send me new valves and that I have to pay for them. Asked to speak with a supervisor and was told no, only communication with supervisor is through email. 1. Will never buy another Royal Gourmet Grill 2. Paid over $500.00 for the grill and had to assemble 3. They do not stand behind there product 4. When grill worked everything was great 5. Customer Service is lacking service and the ability to do anything. ... show more

Love this grill. Open top, big enough for nearly 30 burgers, perfect for events, this bad boy warms up quick. Two slight complaints... 1) some of the metal pieces weren't as sturdy as those on my last grill. And 2) in the box there was no detailed installation guide. Grill came with scratches and some of the screws were hard to put in because the holes were not aligned correctly. Those are the only problems I’ve had with this order

This is a large product, the box arrive intact, however the directions and hardware were missing. Even though packaging material and box were intact there was still some damage to some of the components. Nothing that we couldn’t work with but for 600 bucks you’d expect everything in good order.
