Great choice for my RV toy hauler

Fairly easy to install and it works amazing. Installed it on a 30' enclosed trailer and it cools/heats the both the living and the cargo areas with the 2 separate heads. You will like it at first but when a year rolls around you will wish you bought a mr cool
2 year update. - Now the inside fan blower went out. What a hunk of junk. Every major component has failed. Waste of money Edit: After a year the outside unit failed and inside fan motor is now going out. Pay more and stay away from Rovsun. You cannot buy parts for anything -----If you want to save money on you electricity bill, this is a great way to do it! Super efficient, really quiet. easy to install for the home handy man. You will need to buy a vacuum pump, which I did. You can get a cheap one on Amazon for less than $70 that has gauges and pump. I doubt the vac/gauge set would be good for professional ac man, but for the occasional handy man, it works great. Instructions are fair but lacking details. I have installed several Mr Cool units prior to this so I knew what to expect. Gave a lower tech support rating because of manual, Instructions are about what you get with anything wrote in China. i bought this 2 zone 24000 btu and another brand 1 zone 18000 btu at the same time installed this 2 zone in my man cave shop works great cools awesome the other in my laundry room install not too difficult you need to put a 2 to 4 inch hole in the wall to run the lines control wire and drain make sure you have it crack the level bubble towards the drain and don't overdo it or you'll have a wet mess on your hands dont forget your pvc line cover kit and mini split wall mount looks cleaner they also have the mini split foundation pads if you want to place on the ground where i live we put 1 in the dirt 6 concrete blocks sandwiched then the 2nd pad on top & condenser unit on top of that and secure it also dont forget your flare locks for the freon lines extra piece of mind basically a copper flared washer that goes on your flared connections look for flareseal starter pack on amazon its about 95 bucks for the pack i paid 200.00 for it at the supply house wish i would have known to look amazon 1st. Get your whip line and 60amp outdoor ac pull disconect proper rated breaker maybe some 10-2 youll be chillin the next day with few regrets especially if you were sitting in a humid hotbox the day before. Im very happy with these purchases! wish i would have did this years ago buy with confidence watch some videos have your cousins friend who used to do hvac help you! now we are one of the cool kids ! 20k outside unit was delivered damaged either by shipping company or warehouse. This particular unit looked as if it had been shipped multiple times . I’m guessing multiple people returned it. When contacting Rovsun they tried giving me a discount too keep it. Hell No! Anyway they did ship out another until with turn around five days and took the other back. I just finished installing it and apart from shipping I’m impressed with how quiet both the two indoor units are and the outside Un damaged unit is. Would have given it another two stars if it wasn’t for shipping. Their US based warehouse just doesn’t care about product imo ... show more

Still putting final touches on things but it’s working great and I learned a lot. I think for my situation it was a very difficult install due to drilling through 16 inches of cement blocks (they were hollow at least). Then I had limited places I could put it and limited breaker panel space. I was able to test it on out on our first 80 degree day. I had issues with removing my manifold on the second line set and almost got frostbite from the refrigerant. WEAR gloves and save yourself from any frostbite.
