Highly recommend! I needed a solution to heat and cool our 500 sq.ft. Beach house. We were on a budget so I needed something affordable but reliable. I was nervous as I had not heard of this brand. My HVAC tech had not heard of it either. I took a chance and purchased the dual zone option. This system has truly been amazing and does a wonderful job! Has a remote control which works well for basic functions. The app is where the magic is though. You can really dial in where you want the air flow to be, temp, speed, etc. It really works well for controlling remotely through WiFi. I couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend! Buy without hesitation. I even got mine on sale which made it even better.

We purchased this early to go into a brand new 2 room addition that we were having built. The contractor wanted it so the plumbing for the lines could be planned, with nice built in boxes to hide them. Came in separate boxes, however the main outside unit was either not shipped or was lost in transit. Contacted Rovsun- the sent another outside unit- it was received- the box was in horrible condition, parts of the metal were scratched. I talked to a representative on the phone- I told them it wasn't going to be installed for several months so no way of testing it. After the install we live in the ozarks so didn't really need heat or Ac for several months. Tried to turn it on.. neither heat or cold working. Yes it was professionally installed by liscenced contractors (hvac, electrician, and contractor) Contacted them again. At this time it's been over a year since the purchase (because I needed it early so they could plan for it. They keep telling me I've already had a replacement (even though I never got the first one) telling me I'm out of luck and they will do nothing to get this working. You can see the price - not a cheap one - not to mention the cost of the professionals to install, and hide the lines. Very expensive waste of money - go with another brand, Rovsun won't stand behind it. I have other brands in my shop that I put in (not professional lines not hidden or even covered) that work great. Sent them photos of the controller set to 61- coming out the exact outside temp. (Borrowed the laser temp controller from the hvac guy) had them here 3x.. They checked everything multiple times- no leaks - good pressure. Their guess is the outside unit was either junk or damaged in transport. Rovsun was just happy taking a lot of my money for a non working unit. I understand it was over a year since the initial purchase- but I talked to someone on the phone- not even their messaging service. They claim i had 2 units- I never did. They have no interest in helping me get it working. Between all the professionals and the cost of the unit I'm out approx $3500 - $4000 and will be even more to install a different brand after removing these. I was in contact with them about the damage- and they claim i wasn't.

When you live in Florida and spend a bunch of time camping and your a lover of a good air conditioner. I had my roof job crap out on me for about the 10th time and was talking with a neighber about it and he told me about how some folks were going to mini split ac's. I came into Amazon and came across this one and after reading the reviews, I got one and put it in, had a local ac man come in and finish the job, he checked out the electric, leaks and finished the job making sure it was up ready to go. If antone needs ac in a camper its the way to go. 90% of the folks in our resort complain about 2 and 3 ac's rated at 1300 -1500 btu's not keeping their units cool in 90 and 95 degree weather. That being said I went the Rovsun 2 zone 12,000X12,000 and am very satisfied with it. today it was 95 deg and we were 77Deg inside. With my dometic factory the 77 deg would have been 87-89 depending on the humidity.

i bought this 2 zone 24000 btu and another brand 1 zone 18000 btu at the same time installed this 2 zone in my man cave shop works great cools awesome the other in my laundry room install not too difficult you need to put a 2 to 4 inch hole in the wall to run the lines control wire and drain make sure you have it crack the level bubble towards the drain and don't overdo it or you'll have a wet mess on your hands dont forget your pvc line cover kit and mini split wall mount looks cleaner they also have the mini split foundation pads if you want to place on the ground where i live we put 1 in the dirt 6 concrete blocks sandwiched then the 2nd pad on top & condenser unit on top of that and secure it also dont forget your flare locks for the freon lines extra piece of mind basically a copper flared washer that goes on your flared connections look for flareseal starter pack on amazon its about 95 bucks for the pack i paid 200.00 for it at the supply house wish i would have known to look amazon 1st. Get your whip line and 60amp outdoor ac pull disconect proper rated breaker maybe some 10-2 youll be chillin the next day with few regrets especially if you were sitting in a humid hotbox the day before. Im very happy with these purchases! wish i would have did this years ago buy with confidence watch some videos have your cousins friend who used to do hvac help you! now we are one of the cool kids ! LOL

Well the company is a kind of company that makes good on its promises. Had an issue with damage due to shipping, and company sent another unit. I am more then satisfied, and these units are awesome! Live in Florida so we need AC. The machine was easy to install and works perfectly, also has heat what a awesome thing! It uses less energy then our old unit that cools the room even the ones you arent in. So this is a way better plan for us. If u have a room to cool and a free 30 amp spit in your panel this is the machine ! This model does 2 rooms cant say enough!
