Our order was delivered quickly. Unfortunately the condenser arrived damaged, We immediately contacted the manufacturer directly! I am not swift on computer so it took me several trys! Amazon helped me and in 2 days the new unit arrived. It was installed yesterday! Works like a charm! Easy pezy, highly recommend this ac unit!

i bought this 2 zone 24000 btu and another brand 1 zone 18000 btu at the same time installed this 2 zone in my man cave shop works great cools awesome the other in my laundry room install not too difficult you need to put a 2 to 4 inch hole in the wall to run the lines control wire and drain make sure you have it crack the level bubble towards the drain and don't overdo it or you'll have a wet mess on your hands dont forget your pvc line cover kit and mini split wall mount looks cleaner they also have the mini split foundation pads if you want to place on the ground where i live we put 1 in the dirt 6 concrete blocks sandwiched then the 2nd pad on top & condenser unit on top of that and secure it also dont forget your flare locks for the freon lines extra piece of mind basically a copper flared washer that goes on your flared connections look for flareseal starter pack on amazon its about 95 bucks for the pack i paid 200.00 for it at the supply house wish i would have known to look amazon 1st. Get your whip line and 60amp outdoor ac pull disconect proper rated breaker maybe some 10-2 youll be chillin the next day with few regrets especially if you were sitting in a humid hotbox the day before. Im very happy with these purchases! wish i would have did this years ago buy with confidence watch some videos have your cousins friend who used to do hvac help you! now we are one of the cool kids ! LOL

Highly recommend! I needed a solution to heat and cool our 500 sq.ft. Beach house. We were on a budget so I needed something affordable but reliable. I was nervous as I had not heard of this brand. My HVAC tech had not heard of it either. I took a chance and purchased the dual zone option. This system has truly been amazing and does a wonderful job! Has a remote control which works well for basic functions. The app is where the magic is though. You can really dial in where you want the air flow to be, temp, speed, etc. It really works well for controlling remotely through WiFi. I couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend! Buy without hesitation. I even got mine on sale which made it even better.

Was able to install with a buddy in a day. I got the 20k btu w/ (2) 12k heads. House is 1100 sq ft and holding steady at 70F in 95F heat. Very happy with these units after a week. Neither of us had installed one before, but we're both pretty handy. Bought some tools, a 12 pack, and 8 hrs later have AC in the house - dogs are happy and would recommend. We'll see how the heat goes in a couple months.

The media could not be loaded. So far so good!! Amazing at cooling off our upstairs. Unit was fully charged. I did this unit myself, and it was tough but doable if you’re handy. I recommend getting a vacuum pump for the lines to pull a vacuum before charging. A lot cheaper than prefilled lines

We purchased this, ended up brim not the right size for what we needed. Trying to go through return process with Rovsun has been so horrible, I don’t even care how well the unit works. They wouldn’t return messages until Amazon stepped in, they were trying to make us pay to have it returned, and we’re going to charge us a $100 restocking fee. All in total it was going to cost us $400-500 to return, after trying to contact them for a week and a half. Don’t buy rovsun, and if you be really sure it is exactly what you need.
