At first this pc was GREAT. So excited for a reasonably priced upgrade to my old gaming pc and stream setup. It ran smooth. About a month in I had my first random Blue screen of death, came out of that with no problems for a while so I was like ok freak thing.. it's now 4 and a half months in and it BSOD like every day. And multiple times a day. All with different codes. I have gone through EVERY possible fix for each code including facory resets, chkdsk, scannow, and a every other command prompt available, every hardware test and stress test available, also made sure each driver is updated manually, and even changed out to new ram. It has been brought down to faulty hardware. My hard drive or PSU are dying or else the ram on my gpu is faulting. And a 4 and a half month old pc SHOULDNT be having these issues. ... show more

I was very skeptical about this system using a 2016 Radeon RX470 GPU paired with i7 4770 CPU but I really liked the case and the RGB and saw potential for a future build. With AMD Adrenaline and some slight tweaks I am pleasantly surprised. This system will download and play Dead By Daylight, REPO, Bounty Drag racing, Oblivion Online Addition, Assetto Corsa, ECT! Am I using all of the GPU? Pretty much yeah. Its not completely pegged at 100% all the time but I do see it at max usage from time to time. Im getting the full potential of the GPU. The i7 4770 CPU prevents upgrading to Windows 11. I still think its a great start to PC Gaming and rig building. The case is beautiful. One of the fans did make a little noise at first but as it ran a few seconds it smoothed out and went silent. My keyboard does not light up but its not the end of the world. I like the extra USB ports on the top of the case. The fans do a great job. I have really put it through the paces and it never went above 60°C. I have not seen any lagging or freezing in gameplay yet. You may adjust your resolution often for the lights and darks but I still think the graphics are good for what it is. I wish the specs were a little clearer about the components. The top description said i7 CPU but the specs section at the bottom said i5. I really had no idea what CPU was in it until I booted it up. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Just got this PC and it runs great. No problems at all. No package damage either. The speed is pretty quick for this PC. I’m going to download some big games and put it to the test.

Keyboard doesnt work! Update….this PC is pure trash. Keyboard or mousepad didn’t work to start. Reached out to CS and they sent me the keyboard and mouse twice when I clearly kept asking for the MOUSEPAD!! I NEVER RECEIVED THE MOUSEPAD!! Then the system WENT OUT all together and I have to find my own box to ship it back. I threw the box out not anticipating that I’ll be having to return it. THE ENTIRE PC WENT OUT!! They’re willing to replace it but this entire process since day 4 of having the PC has been h*ll. I wish I would’ve chosen different and to mention, it doesn’t say refurbished in the description and CS said their PC’s are refurbished. I honestly feel like that is deception because I thought I was buying a new PC. I really just want my money back but I’ve been dealing with CS and my return window through Amazon has closed.
