The instructions were easy to follow, cleaning is time consuming but not hard if you want it clean. 😉 only issue I have is it died 😔 like won't even keep it cold and its only been 1 month and a week. I have contacted customer service and am waiting for a reply. So I will update. ***Update*** Customer service reached out really quick and in the end it was user error. When I got the machine parts were missing. When I finally got the machine working it started giving trouble. It kept clicking all the time n would not make ice. I then got some one to look at it and they side the capacitor was no good. Not I'm stock wid a machine that doesn't work n have to spend money to get it fix

Bought this for a graduation party and it worked ok. The slushys didnt get as thick or icy as I expected but they were okay. Cleaned it after use according to the instructions stored it in a clean dry place. Took it out today to get it ready for a neighborhood 4th of July party tomorrow and it will not make ice at all. The temp of the unit will not get low enough to make even the slushy liquid cold. Seems like the compressor is already shot and like I said this is only the second use and it’s less than 2 months old. Cannot return it through Amazon because it says this is a 3rd party seller. The seller says it cant be returned because it’s over 30 days from purchase. I have contacted seller to see what they can do to fix issue, will update when I get an answer. As of now I would say do not waste your money on this. Update November 4, 2024: Seller contacted me back after I sent email explaining the issue. The suggested I bring the machine to a local repair place and they would pay for the repair. I responded that I was not happy with that solution as it makes me have to find a place that can repair the machine, transport the machine there and back and hope that the repair is done correctly. I told them I would like either a new machine and I will return the broken one to them or I would like a refund of my money and I will return the machine to them. They agreed to either of those options so I chose to have a new machine sent to me and I destroyed the original and sent them photo proof of the destroyed machine. I have used the new machine once and it worked perfectly. I will update again if I have any issues in the future. I changed my review to 4 stars instead of 1 star because the customer service was helpful in getting my issues resolved in a timely manner. Hopefully this machine will be better than the last one.

The media could not be loaded. I’m very much dislike this product I dislike this company I paid for it to be shipped to me. I should not have had to pay to ship it back to them because the product did not work very unethical.
