This fireplace is very nice and a great bargain, I love the remote feature and the temperature correction feature on the smart things app. I can set the heater and flame from anywhere I have wi fi and adjust temp, heat, and color from my phone. I can turn it on before I arrive and have a comfortable room waiting for me. The unit is well built and very quiet, I don't hear it when watching TV or setting on the couch. I had an issue with the first one I recieved and thought I could get use to it but after I contacted the seller they shipped a replacement very quickly and I couldn't be happier with the unit or the service. Yes there are more advanced and realistic fireplaces but the cost is twice or higher and this unit is very functional, I really enjoy the ability to control it from anywhere I have my phone handy. I have to say thank you to the seller for being very responsive and easy to work with.

I almost returned this but decided to try it for a few days as any other fireplace I looked at to replace it seemed to have the same problems. Using the remote was a disaster. Sometimes the heater wouldn’t even come on sometimes it would. Ran all afternoon one day wouldn’t even turn on the next. I read a review that mentioned the app and I downloaded it and it solved that problem. Works fine as long as heat is on low. Will only run a very few minutes on high no matter what I have tried. I think the thermostat is wacky as it does not appear to be accurate and climbs fast when room temperature has not changed much. The app does have a setting for variances which may help? I will try that. It is very pretty and lends ambiance to the room and will run on low and put out heat just not enough to be able to stand in front of it and feel the heat. The day it ran on low all afternoon did increase electric usage by about 30% that day. So for heating it is probably not cost effective. For the money it is usable and I will keep it, use the heat sparingly and look at the lovely crystals.

I ordered mine a couple months before I could get my entertainment built. So I never took it out of the box. Once I got everything set up I turned it on and it was making a loud noise then it started smelling like an electrical fire so I turned it off and started to request a replacement. My replacement time had passed on Amazon so I contacted the seller. They were so GREAT! They told me they'd send a replacement. No Hassle for me at all. My new one came and it worked perfectly and I absolutely love it! It heats the room up nicely and looks amazing. Im guessing the first one got hit or dropped during shipping or something. I couldn't figure out how it could've happened because the way they pack this is so well done and secure that the shipping company had to really have shook this thing to mess it up. Regardless the replacement is fine and its great and the customer service was amazing. Deff recommend

I love this fireplace!! I can change the colors easily and my favorite thing is that it I can do everything from my phone!! I have turned it on before I get out of bed and it is already warmer in that room. I also love how safe it is around my grandson (10 months old). He can turn it on, but it turns on without turning on the heat!! I can also lock it so he can’t turn it on or change It.

I picked this screen because of the price and size. It's for a cabinet in my den. came on time and I was surprised how heavy it is. Well packed and no chance of shipping damage. There is a small amount of assembly but easy to do. It fit perfect in my cabinet. The heat was a little hard to figure our but once on it heats up the 120 sq ft room. I wish it had a simple up/down to adjust heat. the remote is not lit up so hard to use in the dark. The flame is ok and goes go 1/3 to 1/2 up the screen. It is very colorful when the rocks are on, and the room lights off. It's very quiet which I like. Overall, I'm enjoying it for the reasons I bought for but a little short on display and remote but ok.

I will try to make this short but I am very happy with this unit and it was by far the most cost efficient model I could find. First... my wife has been dragging around an old fireplace mantle for 14 years and when we purchased a condo in Florida she was going to put it up against a wall and put a plant in the middle. I thought I could do something a little more unique. In all the reviews for this LED fireplace that I looked at people simply hung this unit on a wall and it sticks out 5 1/2 to 6 inches because the heater is in on the bottom of the unit (I did mention we are in Florida so the use of the heater is not that important but maybe one day it will get cold). I built a platform and slapped a wood panel against the back of the mantle. I placed peel and stick stone tile on the back and placed granite tile for a hearth. I then hung the fireplace unit on a sliding drawer type stand that I created so that it could be flush against the stone front when not in use and when using just the fire effect, but because it lifts the unit about 6 inches up you can slide the unit out and run the heater over the granite tile if you want a little warmth. It took a week or so for me to figure out how to design the drawer slide in just the right manner and my wife had her doubts while it was in progress. However, we are both very happy with the final product and this unit will now let us have a realistic fire in our fireplace 12 months a year in Florida. With heat or without heat. Just one last note...this unit does not have a remote but with the drawer slides it is easy to turn on and off by using the controls on the side of the unit.
