I think these are great! I wear them over my prescription regular glasses. I flip them down, and I can read and see the computer screen. I flip them up and I can see the world about me. They work really well. I've ordered prescription reading glasses, but putting these over my regular glasses seems easier than switching glasses all the time. So I have a horrible astigmatism, can't wear contacts. My vision for reading is now worsening, I'm afraid I can't get away with being 29 for much longer... I tried progressive lenses and HATED them, but with the next pair of glasses I only got a little bit of magnification on the bottom of the lenses, but then I have to read with my nose way up in the air. In a fit of desperation, I ordered these clip on readers. They happened to be the perfect size to fit on my glasses. They come in a handy little container. The clips don't scratch or otherwise damage my glasses, and the readers themselves haven't gotten scratched up with regular use for several weeks now. I can read again! My only minor issue is that wearing these makes my glasses a bit top-heavy, so if I'm bending over, my glasses will sometimes slip down. But seriously, for me, these were life changing! So happy with them!

Do NOT waste your money on these reading glasses clip-ons. The concept sounds great: flip-up reading glasses for convenience. The reality is a frustrating and headache-inducing experience. First and foremost, the bulky clip mechanism is a major obstruction. It sits right in my line of sight, creating a distracting dark blob that forces me to constantly readjust my head to see around it. After only an hour of trying to use these, I developed a throbbing headache from the strain. Secondly, the "clip-on" part is a joke. Even the slightest touch sends these things tumbling. I tried using them while reading a book and they fell off with every other page turn! Forget about using them while doing anything even remotely active. They're essentially glued to your existing glasses with the power of wishful thinking and hoping a light breeze doesn't knock them off. These reading glasses offer the worst of both worlds: obstructed vision AND a constant fear of them falling off. Utterly impractical and completely unusable. Save yourself the money and the headache and find a different solution.

I received these clip on/flip up readers today and I am very satisfied with them. I am an old guy and I purchased these to aid in constructing small models. The lenses are highly polished rather than the cheap moulded plastic I was expecting. The clip/flip mechanism is well made and padded to protect my primary lenses and a neat, hard case, cleaning cloth and draw string bag is included. I may order more of these in several different diopters. Highly reommended. I don't like buying Chinese products. But, not much alternatives available that are within my budget...
