I have a small place so I purchased these stools so that I could raise the seat while working on my computer (at my counter) And be ergonomically correct. I was so surprised that two stools were in this small box, but once opened, perfectly packed pieces were enclosed. There were picture directions that were easy to follow and within 30 minutes I had two beautiful stools. They gave my counter a fresh modern look and actually make the area look more spacious. I may need to add more in time regarding the wear and tear of them but for now I can testify that they are gorgeous!

I absolutely love these bar stools, they fit perfectly at my counter. They arrived earlier then expected, very easy to put together. And the price, well worth it. I saw these same bar stools at another store for $99.99 each, why pay that amount when you can get a pair for cheaper? They are very comfortable to sit on, great for bar and counter space! I love them!

Firstly, the stools are actually quite beautiful. However, the manufacturing leaves a lot to be desired. The stool backs have a black rubber trim which has an aluminum trim wrapped around it. The rubber trim on both of mine have huge gaps on the back part of the seat (that are glaringly obvious). The aluminum trims also have these gaps and/or dents (see pics). Lastly, I'd like to say that THESE STOOLS ARE INCREDIBLY EASY TO ASSEMBLE!! It literally took me about 10 mins to assemble each stool, which have a total of FOUR BOLTS. I can't believe this seller (and others) charge $75-$95 per stool for "expert assembly"!! Give me a break. Don't fall for it, a child can put these together! The seller is fine, I'm returning the stools for new ones. The seller shipped quickly and the flawed manufacturing isn't their fault. The seller has an easy return policy (w/in 30 days). These are beautiful stools, I love them. But beware, you may experience the same problem I have. If the replacements are flawed as well then I'll seek a full refund. Enjoy and good luck!

1 stool arrived in perfect condition with great craftsmenship... however... the 2nd stool arrived with many aesthetic defects making this purchase a great disappointment. Better quality assurance should have prevented a chair like this from leaving to enter a customer's home. While Amazon offered some form of resolution the representative on the phone was extremely difficult to communicate with. Foreign language barriers honestly makes me think the resolution provided was sub par to Amazon standard. The agent as far as I could tell had no understanding of the type of defects being described.

I purchased one set a few months ago and liked the stools enough to order a second set. The second set was an Amazon warehouse deal, so the chairs were ones that had been returned, repackaged, and resold. They had "minor cosmetic damage" as described. BUT they also had the black cap that covers the hydraulic parts wedged inside of main post (not as described). So obviously, the chairs weren't able to be assembled like that. It looks like the previous owners didn't read the directions, then realizing the stool wasn't assembled properly, wrenched on the handles and bent them. All in all, my smart bf realized the issue after looking at the directions and took the chairs into the basement to fix them. Eventually, we were able to assemble them and now both sets work great. The lesson here is pay the extra $ and don't buy someone else's literal sloppy seconds. Anyhow, as far as the chairs go, they look stylish, the height is very adjustable in the same way an office chair goes up and down, but they aren't high quality and I don't except them to last forever. In the meantime, they look good and were inexpensive.

Nice looking chairs, however came with some manufacturing issues visible on the corners where fabric is attached to chrome. They were easy to assemble. But within a week, one of the chairs is very wobbly and completely unusable now. Not sure what went wrong, I believe it may have been previously used. Definitely not excited about having to pack this up to return it. Not happy. UPDATE: Chairs are completely unusable now, the welding on the bottom is gone and anyone can easily injure themselves. Was given a full refund, looks like Amazon knows these are faulty. DO not waste your time.

I like these, this is not the stool to get if you like leaning back, the lumbar curve keeps you away from the backrest for the most part. Get a flat cushion if you have a big butt, just being honest, the sides can limit the comfort level after a period of time .My wife hates them.

My wife and I ordered a set of 2 stools in white. The order was delivered promptly and in good condition. Packaging was efficient. Assembly was fairly easy with the included allen wrench. However, the bases on both seats did not align well with the posts. One seat would not accept the 4th bolt, and one I struggled with. This is a quality issue. The stools themselves look great. However the seating design has a noticable hump at the back bottom of the seating area. And the seat back is angled so that it's not really useful as a backrest. The pneumatic piston height adjustment will lower several inches when sitting on it. Even my 120lb wife settled the stool by 4 inches. I am much heaver and lowered a full 5 inches. The stool base is light and has an integrated black plastic ring that prevents scratching on hardwood flooring and reduces sliding when someone is seated on the stool. This inexpensive stool set is worth it, but not an incredible value.
