Love it, But, their fasteners are weak. I twisted the hex head off of three of their fasteners. I thought one was a freak accident but after the third failed, I replaced them all with some of my own.

This is disappointing this product is still an "Amazon Choice" - it was not compatible with my 65 inch (I see other reviews same experience). BEWARE there is a 15% RESTOCKING FEE. And while my "refund was approved" immediately when i started the return process it wasn't clear if the postage was prepaid. I found out quickly it was not and not refundable and the item is so heavy the cheapest way to send was USPS @ $62. I had to hound amazon repeatedly to get the refund after 3 weeks (my tracking showed they received it on july 28 and it's august 19th and still waiting the 3-5 days refund to credit card. but instead of processing the item the company needed to see my own proof of postage. ridiculous! I finally received the refund for the mount but minus the restocking fee. Any sort of refund for shipping forget about it. I am out $84 for this return ($22 restocking fee and $62 postage). I should have just kept it! horrible, horrible customer service. never again!
