For the price, these are very nice. They were exactly what I wanted and expected. They are well made and look like beautiful expensive chairs from the furniture store for a fraction of the price. I purchased a set of 2 for my office. I have one has my desk chair and the other in the corner of the room. Thatโ€™s to say they were a pain to put together! I did receive all the hardware but the directions are just arrows pointing and it was very hard to try to screw long bolts in with a hex key. Thankfully we had additional tools that helped make the process easier. ... show more

Iโ€™m overall pleased with the price of the chairs as similar chairs from the furniture store we bought our table from wanted $1,400 for 6 chairs. Quality seems ok for 1 day of use. They need broken in, so they are a bit stiff. 3-4 washers were missing as 4 of 6 parts bags that were stapled to the chairs were open. I had to play the game of where did the washer fall in the packaging, boxes and around my work area, front porch etc. I found most, but several were unable to be recovered. As the picture shows, some defects in the quality of the wood. I do not think it affected the sturdiness of the chair but only time will tell. Even if I have to replace these every three years it will still be more cost effective than buying name brand chairs and replacing every 8-10 yrs. And by that time we will have wanted different chairs anyways. ... show more

We ordered four of these chairs to swap out a bench. They sit firm and not spongy soft. One chair came without a receptacle for the screw to secure the chair. We emailed right away and the company sent us a whole new back to the chair. Well done!

Sturdy chairs, but they become unsturdy every now and then. I have to tighten the bolts every now and then, really depends on how often i use them. Just double check before you have folks over, or use it otherwise. Besides that, great look, and perfect size for small spaces. not sure if a bigger room would make the chairs look small. Most people I know have been under 200 lbs and the chairs seat really well! ... show more
