I really love the look of this table and chair set, and everything feels solid and strong. My issue is with the fabric of the chairs. Even though we sprayed it down with scotchguard thoroughly, it gets dirty way too easily and doesn't clean up well. Additionally, the fabric has started to come apart at the seams, especially on the sides where it curved to the back. I've had the set for less than 2 years and looking at getting slipcovers to cover up how things are now falling apart. ... show more

The chairs feel very hit or miss in terms of quality. Out of 4 chairs, two came out good, one came out kinda non-level. It wobbles a bit because not all 4 legs are flat on the floor. And the third chair was completely unconstructable. The screws holes were poorly placed on these chairs as though the manufacturer was in a huge rush to assemble it all. I’m going to have to call the manufacturer to get a replacement chair for the one that can’t be constructed. And it’s not just me. I hired a professional handyman and they couldn’t do it either. EDIT: I called the manufacturer and at least they were willing to send me a free replacement chair for the one that was unconstructable. For this, I'll raise my rating from 3 stars to 4 because at least the customer service is good. ... show more

I love this table, BUT they never sent the bench with the table and then i had to wrestle with amazon to get them to send another AND a week in and my dang bench has a ripped seam?! Good lord. Just go somewhere else. Aint worth the hassle and money. I want to love this piece but goodness gracious. 😢 Also the legs are a hassle. Just so much money for so much hassle. Cheaper to chop a tree down and sand a table yourself 🤣😅 at least i wont forget to include the bench in the bundle ... show more

* Update: I received the 2 replacement chairs that were missing yesterday. I love my table set even more now that it's complete. I received several complements on it already. Thank you for the quick and amazing customer service. I absolutely love it. The product arrived earlier than the expected date. I love the quality and it is better than I expected. It is very sturdy and easy to assemble. The only reason I didn't give it 5 star is that I'm missing 2 chairs. I contacted the manufacturer and said they'll send out my chairs within a week. So I will update my review ones it arrives. ... show more

I bought this table loving the fact that it was so beautiful and the price was great for what I was looking for at the time. Upon assembling, I put the table and bench together with ease. When it came to the chairs, they are STILL sitting in my dining room waiting to be assembled. When you go to put the chairs together, every freaking hole is unaligned! Literally all the holes to attach the seat to the back of the chair are at an angle and when you go to put the screws in, there is an amount of wood that blocks the screws from reaching their final destination. I am super pregnant, so when I ran into this problem it was extremely upsetting. I can’t bend and hunch over long enough to finish assembling bc I would have to use a wood drill bit to try and carve away some of the wood so the screws will align. This is so much freaking work! The only reason I gave it 2 stars is bc the table and bench were beautiful and easy to assemble. Otherwise I’d give it one smh. ... show more

Table is sturdy and easy to assemble. However the chairs are extremely difficult to assemble with aligning the bolts in their holes provided

Really nice furniture, and packaging is done well to prevent damage. But lining up the holes on the chairs to attach the legs and especially the backs is horrible! Once put together though, it's really quite elegant and sturdy.

It’s better than we expected! And good quality! setting it up is a pain since you have to use an Allen wrench for every bolt, but once assembled it looks really good !!
