I absolutely love these. They are easy to use and are very good. I can see details of objects through the goggles that I’m unable to see with my eyes. Not to mention that it will take photos and videos of objects I cannot see without the goggles. You are able to see things in the sky better also due to the goggles. They work great and are a great value for the money. I would recommend these for anyone that would like to have some reasonable priced night vision goggles. I do not feel you will be disappointed unless you are looking for military grade night vision which these are not but they exceed what I expected. I would recommend anyone that is wanting to see what is out in the dark. They will be useful this winter when the foxes and other critters are stalking the chickens I will be able to see them without them seeing you. Good buy!! Two thumbs up. I just saw some reviews with 1 or 2 stars. I don't know how their product is but I believe some of this may be operator's error by some of the things they said or they may have received a damaged product. Mine work awesome. Again they are not military grade but you will not get that for this price. The price of these exceed the expectations of the performance of the product.

This thing works and the description of the features is accurate. It’s easy to use out of the box, works fabulously in a dark room or outside at night as long as there aren’t any bright lights between you and the object your trying to see. For example I have a light next to my front steps and this can’t see into the darkness beyond the light, but if I look in the direction of total darkness it works well. Also it doesn’t work well looking through a window, the reflection is a problem, I’m still experimenting with that. Also I wish I could use my rechargeable batteries because it requires 6 AA batteries, but the instructions say not to. But for the price it’s a cool and affordable piece of technology.

This is the first night vision goggle. Tried several times at night but did not see anything. It turns out I looked from wrong side which is bi-nocular side, like a regular binocular. When looking from the wide screen side, the darkness reveals. It will a great tool to watch night animals.

Works great and loads of fun!. If you are expecting or need military grade stealth this is not for you. If you want a solidly built compact product to see nature or terrain at night these are awesome!. Product is solid and frankly of better quality than I was expecting. Comes with nice case as well. Although the shape resembles a pair of binoculars what you would expect to be the eyepieces are actually the input section and you view a LED screen ( see pictures). As such, there will be light emitted from device and no stealth. Having said that, great night vision for a couple of hundred feet in pitch blackness. The video above was taken in a pitch black basement at 25 feet. With a micro sd card ( not included) you can easily take pics and video. Operation is simple. Product great if you want to see critters at night or need a little help while traversing unfamiliar terrain. A great tool for yourself or a great gift for anyone who enjoys the outdoors at night

I really like these night vision goggles. The image quality is very good, and they work great at night. I liked that they come with a memory card included, and the battery lasts a long time. They are easy to use, even if you’ve never owned one before. I bought them out of curiosity, and they ended up exceeding my expectations. They feel sturdy, and the screen is comfortable to view. I bought the Hexeum Night Vision Binoculars because I hear animal noises in the woods behind my house at night with the windows open, which sometimes is so loud that it wakes me up and I wanted to see what was going on. I did not install the 32GB memory card because I only wanted it for viewing, not storing photos or videos. User manual says “viewing distance in all dark: 200M-300M”. I used it to see out my back window in total darkness, with no house lights on. I could see gray tree trunks and gray leaves on bushes up to 36’ (=11M), and barely discernable gray tree trunks a few meters beyond that, but everything else was just a gray screen. I turned the focus wheel a lot in both directions, with no improvement. When observing through a window, the bright screen light causes a reflection off the window, so I was actually viewing things in the room (lamp, etc) instead of outside. I thought the solution was to view through the screened portion of my window, not the glass. But after working with it for several nights, I decided it was just a horrible product….until one final try. I noticed when viewing close-up that there was a very faint grid over the image, which was actually my window screen. I removed the mesh screen from my window and OH MY GOSH….THE WOODS LIT UP IN THE DARK! It was transformational. There is nothing in the instruction manual or in the product description that says don’t use it for viewing through a glass window, or window screen. SOME DRAWBACKS: Black writing on black buttons on a black case. It’s very hard to read the writing, but you also can’t feel or identify the buttons in the dark. The power and menu buttons are level with the case, and the four outside buttons are raised just slightly above the case. The viewing screen is very bright and lights up my face. This would not be good if you don’t want to be easily seen while using it at night. There is a “screen brightness” setting under the Menu button, but the user manual doesn’t tell you how to adjust Menu settings at all. Mine was defaulted to level 5. After playing around with the buttons while on the Menu screen, I found that the “Shot” button displays the 7 levels, then use the up/down IR buttons to change the level, then press Shot button again to retain the setting. But regardless of the setting, the screen will still light up my face. The “Night Vision Sensitivity” in the Menu screen was defaulted to “mild”, so I changed it to “high” with the same Shot/IR/Shot buttons. I installed 6 AA batteries and saw the 7 IR levels on the screen the first time I used it, but the next time it would not rise above IR level 4 without automatically shutting off. User manual says “when the battery power is low, the IR levels will down automatically”. I bought new AA batteries and was now able to raise the IR level to 7 (max) with each use. This product should be equipped with a rechargeable battery instead, because the bright viewing screen will drain batteries quickly. During daylight, without using IR, the quality is really bad. The view is mostly gray, not much color, and very grainy. Can definitely see much better with the naked eye. I tried the “New and Special Color Effects” listed in the manual, which changes everything you are viewing to either Luminous Green or Purple. I don’t know what the point of that is, to put a shocking green or purple filter over everything.

i took these to my ranch and used them just to see how well they worked. i was surprised at how clear and bright the viewfinder is. you can see things never possible with binoculars or naked eye. rabbits, mice, people walking all show up. larget objects are easier to make out but once you get use to the way it sees things it becomes more easily to determine things. if you are under or near lights dont bother. they work far better in natural darkness. sitting in a deer blind with a nice moon lit night we were able to see very well. i know more expensive items might be better but for the money these fit my needs well.
