They took awhile to make up & shippen skylight shades, about 3 weeks. I should have neasured them before I put them 15' up. in my living room. Only to discover they were 1" short. I put a small valnce over the gap but wife was not happy. I tried multible times to contact Boolegon. After about 2weeks they finally reponded with they would remake them for a $50 shipping fee. Around & around we went with how to pay the $50 shipping fee, could NOT get a straight answer. Finally I called Amazon. They stepped up & not only took care of the issue but paid the shipping cost. All that was left wa a little tax. Once again this is why we have dealt with Amazon for over 15 years. ... show more
