I absolutely LOVE my dining set!! It was easy to assemble for me alone and the table is beautiful. The seats are not heavy but seem to be pretty sturdy. I have my set on carpet but I don't believe it would scratch floors. I will more than likely get some extra cushions just for the decoration but they seem pretty comfortable for now. I'm 190 lbs and feel safe sitting in them. Haven't tried standing in them but I know I will when it's time to start hanging up my wall hangings and pictures 😉 The red is a red color.. Very nice table. I easily assembled myself. It is not super heavy. Looks exactly as pictures on Amazon. Chairs back a little uncomfortable. It feels like there is no wood inside. Just material. Otherwise it is very nice set for small apartment and low budget. I recommend this product.

I cannot recommend strongly enough against this product. Whilst the chairs are fine there was considerable visible damage to the table, including to the surface. No less than three screws fell out of the pre-assembled portion of the table when it was turned upright and now the table surface is not securely connected to the frame. It was easy enough to assemble and the undamaged portion of the table surface is attractive, but though for the price I didn't expect artisan quality I did have what I believe is a reasonable expectation that the product would arrive in good condition. We will be replacing this terrible investment with something better quality as soon as we can. If you were considering this table, purchase one elsewhere. ... show more

Perfect light weight and sturdy. Very easy and quick to assemble with a drill. The screws for the chairs are wood screws so you will need a drill or impact to put those on.
