Purchased a month ago. Kept reading bare root roses take weeks to grow. Its been 4 weeks and no sign of life. I planted them after soaking them followed all instructions! Extremely disappointing. I'm on a very tight budget and need to sell my home. The garden could use some work though, but I can't afford the extreme prices per plant many on Amazon want for like $30+ per tiny 1 gallon plant (which adds up quickly), but I was hoping for something that would be able to bloom by Fall if not sooner. These were a great price compared to both seeds and gallon pots at around $8.99 per two sticks with roots (there's probably a term for this but I'm new to gardening anything like this). I ordered 6 packets (with 2 each), and they arrived green and not with anything obviously wrong with them. Given, I'm not an expert gardener or anything, but they look great to me. Will post update as they grow but here they are right now while it's still a bit cold outside. *I may have accidentally submitted this review twice trying to get the pic to upload* ... show more

It is like most of reviews on here. I received my dead with no life. Color was not green all dark brown and hardly no roots. It been almost a month. It has not grown and no roses at all. So disappointed with this product Amazon should take it off market. After so many bad reviews it only fair.

Given the previous reviews I decided to give them a chance anyways but was very disappointed. When they arrived they were very dried out. I placed them in soil immediately but they have now turned brown and are pretty much dead. I do not recommend this product.

They are nothing but two little sticks, one does have a few thorns on it.Planted it anyway, now it has a little bloom maybe. The other one was broken in half and rotted. I threw it away. Worst product I have ever received through Amazon. The pic. shows a pretty plant. Never again!!
