Very Sturdy and easy to put together. Needs about 250lbs of sand for the bag to not move as much when being punched hard I filled mine with water. The price was good. Fast delivery. It's solid when I punch it. This is a great addition to any workout routine. Good value for money.

Had high hopes for this punching bag but now that I've used it for a couple weeks am a bit disappointed. I filled the base all the way up with sand and placed the punching bag on a flat surface. Set up was relatively straightforward. I'm not that powerful of a puncher but am able to consistently knock the bag over, which means that I have to pull back on my punches. Having to pull back punches is terrible when using a punching bag. I contacted the company via Amazon and they recommended to remove the suction cups, which I thought was strange because it was on a relatively smooth, flat surface. They said that would make it more stable. I removed the suction cups but the punching bag is now more unstable and easier to knock over. The company said I should put sand bags on top of the base to weight it down more. This isn't possible since the top of the base is slopped and the sand bags slide off when using the punching bag. The company has been unhelpful in really listening to and understanding the issue, and has been unhelpful in providing solutions that actually work to make the product usable. Unimpressed by this product. Looks like the base needs to be larger to hold more sand as filling it up with sand does not provide enough stabilization to be able to truly take a punch. And since it's a punching bag, that's a major product flaw. It looks like the same company manufactures very similar punching bags using different company names with slight design changes and at all different price points that are all sold on Amazon.

The media could not be loaded. I got this because I wanted something that was durable and still very portable. This hits the durable nail on the head as it has a very thick and durable cover as well as long strong bolts for getting everything mounted. I appreciate the fact that there's a huge water basin and suction cups on the bottom to make sure it doesn't move at all. Once it's full, it's not going anywhere. Well, unless you want it to. Everything was super secure, and I really appreciate the fact that it came with punching mitts as well. This will get a lot of use in our house from all of us and should last quite some time.

We have used this some since Christmas and adults can punch it. It will move some, I would suggest 120 pounds of Sand. I think we have 80 pounds. Other than that, it is great.

I took kick boxing lessons with my son last year and they had many free standing punching bags that were used as part of the lessons. It's more fun and effective to actually kick and punch on the punching bag than in the air without any actual impact so I got this for myself and for my son to use it in our garage and it's perfect for our need. We filled it with sand rather than water because it's much heavier with sand than water for stability and we also didn't want to take any chance of water freezing in the water and cracking and leaking since our garage gets really cold during the winter. We tilt the punching bag then roll the base by its side to take it out to the driveway sometimes to use it outdoor instead of inside the garage as the weather has gotten much warmer these day and I wish it had those 2 wheels on the side similar to the outdoor basketball hoop so it can be moved by wheels, which would be much easier but I'm not sure how many people would actually have a need to move the punching bag often so this is not a big deal. The punching bag came inside 2 separate big boxes - 1 for the punching bag and 1 for the base. Once these are put together, the punching bag stands very tall at almost 6 feet so it's even good for adults like me to use it. I can punch straight or on the top or kick on the side. The fabric is nice and thick and it has very good shock absorber without being too bouncy. It also came with a boxing gloves for those who doesn't have any but we already had our own from the kickboxing classes last year. I do recommend this punching bag for beginners and young ones for indoor use.
