The best punching/training bag I've ever used. Even the gloves that come with it are pretty good. It takes some work to assemble it but not too difficult. It's an excellent boxing/MMA and kick boxing setup. The bag is medium firm, not too hard (a good thing) and even with the gloves that come with it you can hit or kick the bag pretty hard and not knock it over or hurt your hands. It's been very durable and with repeated poundings and kickings it's still in pretty new condition. Install tip that works for me: I didn't want to fill the base with sand as is suggested to keep it from tipping over as suggested in the instructions, as I want to be able to move its location sometimes. So I filled the base with water from my garden hose. I added a small amount of vinegar to keep the water from growing smelly stuff (it works) and when I want to move it I pump the water out with a $15 battery powered water pump I got from Harbor Freight. Easy! (Don't pour that water in your garden though as I don't think the vinegar would be good for your plants) and refill it when it's moved. Finally, even with heavy punches and kicks I have not been able to knock the bag over. I am very happy with this setup. PS..I have the bag located on a concrete floor in my garage and the suckers at the bottom of the base get a good grip on the concrete.

This thing was great while it lasted. A crack in the base has unfortunately ended this bag's life span after 8 months of heavy usage. Bag itself is pretty stiff and the gloves that come with the bag are a better quality than some old Everlast gloves I own. Suction cups never worked 100% even on clean concrete garage floor (with 250 lbs of sand in the base) but was never too much of an issue because it wasn't getting knocked over. Great first bag, might buy again

This punching bag is incredibly well-built and durable, with excellent stability. I opted to fill it with sand, which provides solid support and can take some good hits. It’s a standing punching bag not a hanging one. So, it’s important to note that it’s not designed to stay upright no matter what. It is ideal for practicing your technique and combos with moderate intensity. I’ve seen some complaints about a plastic smell, but I didn’t experience that. The base did have a slight plastic scent when I first unboxed it, but it faded quickly and hasn’t been an issue since. For those concerned about the cap, mine was included in a separate bag with the other tools. It wasn’t pre-attached to the base, but this isn’t a problem. The bag is firm, offering great resistance for both kicks and boxing combos, and it’s relatively quiet during use. The stability is impressive. It comes with the base, springs, suction cups, black branded gloves, and hand wraps. I didn’t receive the hand wraps, but their customer support was incredibly responsive and quickly helped me. Overall, I’m really happy with this punching bag. It’s great for honing technique and enjoying a solid workout!

I love this boxing bag! Instructions were simple to follow for set up AND included the tools (so don't bother telling your boyfriend to bring some over). I bought 3- 50lb bags of sand from home depot to fill the bottom. I thought I could get away with only 2 but a few punches told me I needed the last bag, it didn't all fit but I filled it to the brim! I used a decent funnel and little garden spade to fill the base along with some patience and a tarp because sand still gets everywhere! After that, the stability is great, as you can see this is currently being used on carpet in my apartment. I love that it came with suction cups so I can anchor it that way on the concrete at the new place when I move. Boxing bag is stiff at first so I do recommend before attaching it to jump on it, walk on it & beat it up a little on the floor to help soften it a bit before installing that last step. Came with the added bonus pair of boxing gloves, which I have not tried yet as I prefer a pair I already owned but is a nice touch for others who may not. If you're a shorty like me, do take care when doing leg kicks to get the height you need to hit the bag. The pole beneath is slightly padded but just some cautionary advice. Great value & quality for the price, beats paying the gym fees! 10/10 recommend

Just what my son wanted. Easy to assemble. Putting sand in it was not easy because I have carpet and I simply couldn’t find an easy way to put sand in it without spilling it, that’s on me, i would have been happy paying a few bucks more if it included a long funnel made to the dimensions of the whole they have!
