My first impressions of this product out of the box was that the packing in the bag was evenly distributed and not lopsided at all. All the accessories were packed nicely as well. The hand wraps are a durable quality and made from the same material as ones you would purchase from a sporting goods store. The mounting kit is made from very capable and solid metal with a rather nice finish to it. Overall the from out of the box to final installation the set up went smooth as the instructions provided were step by step and uncomplicated. My husband was able to get everything installed on his own. So far between the 3 of them this bag has undergone around the clock beatings and peppered with barrages of some pretty swift kicks as well. my husband aids in coaching them on proper use and technique but you do recieve a training guide to help get you started if you are a beginner. So far the filling inside the bag is doing its job in retaining original form and not dropping to low or becoming askewed. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. First of all, I want to let you know that I’m actually using this at home. I have it hanging from my floor joists and I’m using it in my basement. I have a 60 pound bag. It’s a great size for using at home. It’s not too heavy to hang from my ceiling in the basement, plus I get a great at home workout. It comes already filled so there is no need to purchase any other items. It has everything you need to hang it. Everything about this is really solid. It has the metal chains so it doesn’t twist and have the threat of falling. I love the exterior of this bag. When I have my gloves on, I really stick a punch. It’s a nice long, heavy bag. This 70lb bag seems pretty solid. My grandson uses it to practice karate kicking. Great for cardio workout! I hung it on the main beam in my basement so I had to buy a separate hanger which was no problem. I've only had it up for about a week but so far so good!
