First I have to say I was leery to purchase this item when there is no reviews on this item/seller shown in the listing. I took the chance and was very happy with the product. I ordered the complete kit with the side rails and cross bars. When I received the package I noticed that it didn’t have the side rails. I contacted the seller to notify them of the missing items. By the following morning I had a reply, quick response, that the side rails where shipped separately. I had the side rails within a couple of days. I have a 2017 Traverse, everything fit perfectly and only took about 30 minutes to install. The instructions where ok though I did look up and found good video’s on the installation that did help. ... show more

This came with everything it said it would except for the rubber stoppers. I can't find the sellers contact information, so that doesn't really help the situation. The instructions are extremely vague and not super helpful so I have to turn to you tube to figure it all out. I highly recommend you watch a youtube tutorial before purchasing or attempting to install this roof rack. You can easily make it much more difficult than it has to be by not being prepared. The instructions that come with the kit are not any help, but there are videos that give you step by step instructions. I had it done in about 20-30 mins. overall pleased ... show more

    • Did not receive the rubber stopper/ plug

I pulled everything out from the box separating each piece in as the sections that they would go in and I found that I am missing the plugs or as referred to rubber stopper in the video. I am going on vacation next week and I don't know if I can even use this. Is there a way I can get or purchase only the plugs for this and have them expedited? Heading out on Friday and I am going to need a solution or I can't use this or the rack I just purchased. ... show more

It was usable but it was difficult getting the sliding portions without trimming them down to slide. The final cover piece did not fit well leaving gaps.

It was easy to install but the installation instructions were very vague and hard to follow but I figured it out fairly quickly. There I was missing one screw and no I didn’t lose one I counted them in the bag before I opened it.
