I have been wanting one of these for a long time and when I almost locked myself out of my house by forgetting my keys that’s when I bought this immediately! This was easy to install and works great. It’s a nice quality handle. It comes with printed instructions and videos you can watch as well. This was a great purchase at a great price and it makes me feel more secure, I don’t have to worry if the door is locked because it automatically locks. It took me a few times to figure out how to program the code but that was the only issue I had. I would highly recommend this handle.

The value for the money is good. It can be installed easily in place of standard door locks. Programming is not complicated. I m not sure how long the battery could last. If it lasts for a year I could add one more star to my review. Until then I giving it a 4 star.

I'm quite impressed with this lock. For the money, it's a great value. It looks great, has a nice finish, functions smoothly, and comes with clear instructions. I had low expectations, but I'm happy to report that it's made well and feels solid. It's easy to code. It has never glitched. The beeps are easy to hear but are not annoyingly loud. I like that the lights don't stay constantly lit, so unless you touch the screen to activate it, you can't even really tell it's a keypad style lock. I wasn't originally planning on it, but I like this lock so much that I'm going to buy another one for another door. I can't yet speak to the durability of it, but I'll keep the review updated with any relevant issues.

very high quality look and feel, good weight appears very sturdy. My only complaint and this is a biggie, is that you cannot adjust the lock time. It immediately locks as soon as door is closed. Trying to bring in groceries from garage requires me to enter the code each and every time or leave the door open. Not good. Entering the code is not as smooth of a process as the videos show. It will often require a couple pushes to light up and then you've entered wrong code in its mind requiring a second entry to open. It seems a simple enough fix to add an adjustable lock timer to this model given all the other functionality it offers.

Locks seem to work well. I had an issue and they were hard to get in touch with initially because it’s not really obvious how to get in touch with customer service. But once I figured that out they got it resolved and sent me a new one fairly quick. It’s only because the process of finding out how to get in touch with them was not clear that I wouldn’t give the product 5 stars. Looks good and works well. (When you don’t get a lemon)
