Looks great and fits well! The directions are a bit off and they don't include all the parts including the gaskets but you can figure it out. Go slow. Do ONE SIDE AT A TIME! the parts only fit one way so it is hard to mess up. Before you start, divide ALL the LEFT and RIGHT side parts into separate piles. Big help.     • Good product, but lacks proper directions and a few minor parts

This item arrived with half the directions needed. Specifically, the directions I received only covered attaching the side rails (lacking sufficient detail to do that properly), but no directions for the crossbars. Several times throughout the project something wouldn't fit right, or I'd discover a part (like the silicone pads) that wasn't mentioned in the directions at all, then have to take everything apart to put it back on. The directions also tell you to remove the plastic molding clips from your car's roof molding and to not reuse them, but fails to provide replacement parts that you need later. I had to superglue a molding clip back together to reuse because it broke when I pulled it off. The crossbars came with half the number of washers it should've had, and with the lack of directions I had to guess where the washers I did have should go. Finally the rear crossbar was about 3/8 an inch short, luckily the right side of the crossbars has a sliding slot for the bolt to extend if needed. However, in my case it means that I could only use 1 bolt instead of 2 to secure it. Again, the lack of directions means that I don't know if it's supposed to be that way or not. All in all I was able to install it on a 2023 Honda Odyssey and it looks great. Can't wait to use it. ... show more

First of all the product box was damaged. Luckily no internal parts were damaged. The rails and crossbars look well made. Install procedure states, "INSTALL THE SPACER". There is one for left trim and one for right. Rosy Pixel Parts List shows no spacers in Hardware Kit. Hardware List also shows (H)-10 trim buttons......why, the Rack Rail trim does not use this type of hardware. I do not see an (H) used anywhere in the instructions Procedures. Honda's Parts List shows the spacers as does Step #8 in the Installation Procedures. Step #8 in the Honda Roof Rail Install Instructions looks identical to Rosy Pixels #8 except they show the spacer. Not sure why the spacer is suppose to be installed. Is it for strength and support or whistle reduction. I do not know, but if Honda says it should be installed then it should be and Rosy Pixel needs to add to hardware kit as their #8 install procedure states. On a different note, Amazon is famous for making it difficult to contacting Amazon customer service or any seller contact information. It is there buried in the website and you are Lucy if you find a phone number or email address. I just went on my browser and typed Amazon Customer Service and Wa-La a phone number. Imagine That! Finally after poking around for quit some time a Rosy Pixel phone number popped up. Didn't work. I will be calling Amazon Customer Service. I rated this product a "One Star" so the review would be read. Other wise if it were not for the missing spacers, button hardware and Step #8 in the Installation Procedures I could have rated a 4 or 5 Star after I completed installation, possibly. I will re-review after I talk to Amazon, Rosy Pixel and do the install. I have found the Spacers and extra Trim Clips in case one is broken during trim removal. By the way this is something Rosy Pixel coulds have included in their Hardware Kit instead of the useless (H) Trim Buttons. They cost only penny's as I imagine the spacer does as well. It may be possible why Rosy Pixel does not include spacer is because to get the spacer you have to purchase the entire Honda Rack Rail Hardware Kit, which I found for $16.00. Of course all the other hardware needed is also included in the kit. ... show more
