Installation wasn't too difficult but it has several parts to assemble. Concerned that the roof brackets are all plastic. The only components that are metal are the cross rails. I bought this for my husband's 2013 black Sienna. We travel often and with little ones (a family of 4 girls)- you can imagine the amount of stuff we have to take with us, so this was a great investment. ! I figured with amazon's great return policy- why not?! I also read about the lifetime support guarantee which caught my attention immediately- thats a plus. My husband said it was easy to install with only a few minutes....Best part is, there were no tools needed- it snaps into place like a jig saw puzzle. He really liked the rubber feet on the bottom of the roof rack, which doesn't scratch his precious "baby". (Not that anyone looks up there but its a great feature). So far, we have no complaints/ problems. I honestly was concerned because there were no reviews on this product but I can definitely say, I recommend this for anyone who is guilty of bringing everything with them but the kitchen sink! ... show more
