I’m 5’2 so you could imagine my struggle to reach the top of my car BUT other than that installation was very easy, took me about 20-30 min by myself. Instructions were clear in the sense they gave you some sort of an idea what you’re doing, not really needed in my opinion if you can visually figure it out yourself. Fit perfectly to a 2017 Jeep Renegade. Came fully assembled. Design is in an airfoil shape like a plane wing. Sturdy but I would not trust a stand up bike mount. I do not anchor straight to this bar but use them as support and make all tightening/securing connections to the stock side rails. To to people hearing wind noise; Make sure the cross bar is level, (flat to the road). If it is pitched forward it will cause drag and high noise. Move further back on the vehicle. ... show more
