Why did you pick this product vs others?: I purchased this for my Jeep gladiator, it was a perfect fit. The look and the profile of it looks amazing on the Jeep. The only reason why it didn’t get 5 stars was because the mounting hardware for the lights are not made of stainless steel like the rest of the hardware. You will get rust spots on your vehicle. Let me start off by saying I reached out to YZONA and another company prior to purchasing. YZONA’s customer service was absolutely amazing and was quick to reply and super positive. When Prime Day arrived this unit was on sale and I made the purchase. The Rack arrived quickly and extremely well packed. The rails were all in a heavy plastic sleeve and sorted with foam padding between them. The initial impression was that I got more than I paid for. The heavy gauged metal is definitely a pleasant surprise. The powder coating is nice and thick as well adding the increased durability. The hardware itself though stainless could have been black to make it even that much more uniform. The assembly took about 45 minutes in total. I wanted a second set of hands to install which took another 5 minutes. The LED lights provided seem to also be of great quality. I’m opting not to use them as it doesn’t fit my needs. But appear to be very well made. I’ve had vehicles in the past with cargo box racks that have been very noisy and you could feel the added drag. This particular rack with the stylish very Jeep like cutouts break the air and it’s absolutely silent. You cannot feel any extra drag on the vehicle. I would give this Yzona rack 6 stars if at all possible. Just a great product, very well made and could not be more pleased with the purchase and helps add additional storage to the Jeep that traditionally falls short on space.

I bought this roof rack after shopping many others picking this one based on the reviews, price and capability. It is nice and easy to assemble despite no installation instructions .The brackets that go under the Jeep top to accept the two side ladders are too long for a 2022-2025 Jeep 4dr. The brackets actually touch the painted body of the Jeep without the ladders being installed. Once more weight is added, they will surely rub the sides of the Jeep plus the mounting holes do not line up to meet the holes on the ladders. I ended up fabricating and welding 6 new brackets making them 1/2 inch shorter so that they do not touch the painted sides of the Jeep then painting them to match.Now that the paint has hardened, I resumed the installation to see that the ladders seem to be too long. The rack is 6+ inches above the top at the back and the front brackets don’t come close to reaching the rain gutters. Starting to think that I was sent the wrong one, customer service has not responded yet.

DO NOT PURCHASE ROOF RACK WITH LADDERS!! I got the item, and it seemed to be a decent quality. After following the instructions, and putting it all together, I noticed that the rear ladders were about 2 to 3 inches higher than the front gutter mount. I triple-checked the instructions and tried it again but got the exact same result. I noticed. The the ladder arms were simply too tall at either the wrong part or mis engineered. I reached out to the support team see if they could help diagnose the problem and send the correct part, but after a few days the only thing that they they have suggested is that it has been installed incorrectly. The instructions are fairly simple and there is a little little bit at play in how you assemble them, but not enough to make up the difference. I've measured it several times and it is simply logistically impossible as the ladder arms are too tall. It is simply the wrong part or misengineered. And then they want 70 bucks for me to return it. Would not recommend.

I like the rack. I have a tendency to over tighten and break things. I broke a bracket but manage to still get tight enough to hold steady. The lights are nice but haven’t installed yet. I’d say 4.5 stars if I could.
