DO NOT PURCHASE ROOF RACK WITH LADDERS!! I got the item, and it seemed to be a decent quality. After following the instructions, and putting it all together, I noticed that the rear ladders were about 2 to 3 inches higher than the front gutter mount. I triple-checked the instructions and tried it again but got the exact same result. I noticed. The the ladder arms were simply too tall at either the wrong part or mis engineered. I reached out to the support team see if they could help diagnose the problem and send the correct part, but after a few days the only thing that they they have suggested is that it has been installed incorrectly. The instructions are fairly simple and there is a little little bit at play in how you assemble them, but not enough to make up the difference. I've measured it several times and it is simply logistically impossible as the ladder arms are too tall. It is simply the wrong part or misengineered. And then they want 70 bucks for me to return it. Over all a nice low profile rack. I got this specifically to just fit on the rear portion of my Bronco. I like to take the top off and a full rack would make that difficult. Like other reviews, the instructions are not well descriptive, no real written instructions and no step by step photo instructions. I am very handy so figured it out. The product details should have noted that there are no included wiring/harness. I have a plan to get power to them but most folks will be stuck scratching their heads. The media could not be loaded. I'm going to give this a 2 just because the roof rack does look nice, is solidly built, and easy to put together. Beyond that, nothing and I mean nothing, can get this to properly seat on the roof of my 2020 Rubicon. I have made multiple attempts to reposition, added additional rubber padding, upgraded the hardware...and it still rattles badly. Additionally, it is next to impossible trying to tighten the inside bolts. I am at an impasse about removing and now trying to resale.
