This is very easy to use once you get the hang of it. It’s very small and easy to move from place to place, it’s connected to my phone and my iPad very easily using Bluetooth no internet was required for the printer. The print quality is good depending on the paper that’s used the paper it comes with doesn’t print very well at least when I tried them. I’d say so far it’s pretty reliable though I haven’t had it long I will update if things get bad but so far so good, I really like it. For the price you pay and the the quality of the printer and you also get a velvet dust bag for it along with (not very good) printer paper and plenty of cords to make it completely capable of connecting to just about everything, it’s really good price to pay. ... show more

I'm really disappointed with the Bluetooth functionality of this thermal tattoo machine. The connection process is incredibly frustrating. Every time I try to pair it with my phone, it either fails to connect or disconnects immediately after a successful pairing. I've tried multiple times, following the instructions carefully, but the issue persists. The app itself is also quite buggy. It often crashes when I'm trying to select a design or adjust the temperature settings. I've contacted customer support several times, but they've been unhelpful, just telling me to keep trying. This has made the whole experience very unpleasant. I was looking forward to using this machine for some creative projects, but now I'm not sure if it's even worth the effort. The Bluetooth issue is a major drawback, and I hope the manufacturer addresses it soon. ... show more

The Bluetooth feature of this thermal tattoo machine is a complete mess. I've been using it for a week now, and the connection stability is terrible. It randomly disconnects during the tattooing process, which is really inconvenient. I have to constantly reconnect the device, and it's not always successful. The app interface is also not user-friendly. It's hard to navigate through the different options, and the design selection is limited. I've tried to find tutorials online, but there's not much helpful information available. I'm really regretting my purchase. I expected a seamless Bluetooth experience, but instead, I'm dealing with a lot of technical issues. I hope the company improves the Bluetooth functionality in future updates. ... show more
