PROS I appreciated how many different label sizes it could print allowing me to use it for several selling platforms. I found it quite easy to just plugin in the USB cord to my laptop when I needed to print labels. The printing software and interface are very easy to understand. I ended up purchasing a 4x6 thermal labels on the side. CONS The one thing that in my opinion Rongta could do better as a product, is it does NOT automatically come with thermal printer sheets. So, you have to buy those yourself along with some kind of sheet holder. I found it kind of a messy process to try to find a random sheet holder and thermal labels that work well with the Rongta. The company would do better to offer its own thermal sheets and holder that works well with the Rongta to cut down on the uncertainty for customers trying to find accompanying products to make this printer work. ... show more

I have bought this little printer a bunch of times for different clients. The thing is made to last, even if you break it by mistake it doesn't cost very much. it prints quickly it prints well it prints consistently. I am a business consultant that teaches my clients how to save money and this little printer works just as well as a $700 label printer that you would buy and many of the office supply locations. ... show more

I bought this thermal label printer for my online business to ship put orders and I’ve had troubles with it ever since I bought it. It is not a consistent device. First, if you have a new MAC you cannot plug in the “Rongta USB.” I had to have someone else plug it into their older mac just to print out labels. The image shows how inconsistent the device is. The label isn’t showing anymore ink and I’ve wasted a ton of paper trying to print out labels that arent working. I just wish I could do something because it is such an inconvenience to my business and customer who i need to send orders out to. ... show more

I'm a reseller and I resell on Poshmark I bought this because I liked the color when reading information on a different post and had different colors to choose from. I picked this one because of the color but assumed it had the bluetooth phone capableity. if you have a newer version of windows installed it’s going to be very difficult to set this device up. i went from my partner’s office to my office just to figure out how to use this. something that would’ve been nice to know is the printer doesn’t come with its own mail template to create labels you have to pay some 3rd party to create a label that’s able to be shipped. just wish they knew how to spell words in the manual ... show more
